The room was clean, tidy, & nice to the eye. The front desk had a bad attitude, a younger girl. The older lady and man were welcoming.

The room was excellent but I got lost in the hotel a few times and it gave me anxiety it was my first time. The parking app was very confusing the parking space were small for my truck

We did not go and get breakfast but the location was great. It was in the middle of downtown and close to the venue for the concert we went to and fun nightlife. We were very close to everything the city had to offer. I don’t have many complaints at all but a TV in the bedroom would be a nice touch. I also did not like the extra fee for parking but the parking garage was convenient and secure.

Line scooters around to grab and scoot around a short distance to some amazing breweries bars and restaurants. Getting to here off the light rail was a breeze and a very short walk (even in 111 degrees) it wasn’t terrible. Once I got to check in I was at the kiosks and staff checked on me. The rooftop pool is AMAZING - I did not try the golf simulator but sounds fun. And next time I plan to buy steaks and use the grills!! Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay. I will be back

There was some kind of maintenance issue that caused check-in to be delayed for an hour or more for several parties, including me. No specifics were given nor was any approximate time for when our rooms would be ready. The front desk clerk did her best to compensate for the delay by giving parties free parking. I did not drive, so the best she could do was to offer a discount on a future stay.

Unfortunately, amenities like pool table area on Friday and Saturday nites was closed at 10pm, way too early for the week end ..my son and I were visiting for the dodgers series and would of like to play pool later into the nite, however we’re notified by staff that pool area closed at 10 pm …
