Amazing amenities, room floor / items were dusty / had some dirt, staff super friendly, location walkable.

The property was gorgeous! There was an issue with my first unit. The woman at the front desk took care of it immediately and I ended up being upgraded to a huge one bedroom unit. I wish I wasn’t so exhausted so I could’ve taken advantage of all of the amenities. If I return to Phoenix, this is where I will be staying. Having ensuite laundry and a full kitchen were convenient.

This was a fantastic place to stay! It's downtown, so walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and sports venues. Would stay here again.

Only thing i didnt like here was the parking situations, you had to download and app and pay for a reserved parking spot. It was always a mess with people parking in other peoples spots etc. and at times there would be 5-8 cars in there trying to figure out parking because people weren’t parked in the right spots

The beds are very uncomfortable and small, not for tall people, hard for 2 to sleep or if you have a bad back. The room ACs arent very cool making the rooms humid and stuffy. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms were spotless, linens were fresh, the view was gorgeous!!

Great facility with awesome pool and games and community gathering area including the bbq. Staff were always friendly and helpful, when we had an issue w the blinds or door jam they responded immediately. Great downtown location but be wary of walking around the area at night.

I chose this hotel based on walking proximity to a music venue and because they had off-street parking. The staff was patient and helpful with finding it because the directions on entering the garage weren’t super clear until they explained further. The elevators didn’t work great and this building is a combination of residential and rented rooms. It wasn’t super clean and the decor was a bit sterile but it was fine for a night. I felt relatively safe and the air conditioning worked!

Beautiful hotel and amenities. Easy to work with staff through the app. Parkade app turned out to be really useful when someone else parked in our reserve spot - it immediately reserved us a temporary one next to it through the following afternoon and once our original opened up, there were no issues. Would certainly pick Sol Modern for a future Phoenix stay where we need a full apartment!

I don't usually write reviews for hotel stays, but the staff, accommodations, and amenities at Sentral Sol were so above and beyond my expectations that I have to give them the praise they deserve. The standout feature was the staff - they were some of the most friendly people that I have ever interacted with at hotels. They really made guests feel like they are welcome and at home instead just another ATM for the hotel's profit margins. My guest and I were offered food by one of the staff in the elevator who was bringing it to other team members (which was such a warm display of camaraderie among the staff) and another staff accommodated a late check out without nickel and diming me and my guest. On top of this, the room was spacious, clean, and had incredible views of downtown Phoenix. I also had a chance to use the gym, the pool, and the hot hub even during my short stay because everything was kept in tip top shape. I would 100% recommend Sentral Sol and would definitely stay here again in the future for visits to Phoenix. In fact, their management team should train other hotels to be more like them!

The room was spacious and clean. The building was quiet and in a great location. The pool area and pool were phenomenal.

It was more than we expected for our overnight stay while we enjoyed a venue at the mortgage matchup Arena. Easy walk to that event and the hotel was a hidden treasure.

It felt like a home away from home honestly. You’re around alot of different places to eat and go hang out. The only thing was the hair in the bathroom, but besides that, it was clean. Staff were helpful, and the people were very friendly.
