The front staff was helpful when I brought things up, but ultimately are things that should’ve been caught to begin with. It’s in a great location and the rooms, overall, are still pretty good. Just keep these in mind.

Very clean and nice hotel rooms. Only complaint is the lack of blackout curtains on east facing rooms in a location where the sun rises at 5am.

Great stay! It is residential and a hotel which I didn’t know until I got there, but I hear this is common in Phoenix. The location was perfect, the staff was great, and the room was clean.

We loved all the amenities. The pool was perfect. Plenty of lounge chairs we played pool and enjoyed that they had cornhole and lots of other activities. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the window in the room wasn’t fully shaded it so every morning the sun came up it was right in your face while you were trying to sleep. Also in the shower they didn’t have a shower rack, but everything else was five star.

Love Sol Modern, I love how my room on the 5th floor looked like. I get to have a spacious walk in closet and also a laundry machine in the room. Get to wash and dry my clothes before heading home. Spent a good time on the 8th floor after my conference and work hours.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. My room was clean, except for under the bed and bench in the dining area. It looks like it hasn’t been swept under for quite some time. The pillows smelled terrible.

& communication was not consistent-Changed depending on who was there... They all were nice enough didn't feel like anyone went out of the way to help
