Room was dirty. Staff were not helpful. Got random charges on my credit card. I tried resolving them nobody helped.

The property was great with a beautiful pool, bar and coffee bar, restaurant and work out area. Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. The location is perfect if you’re doing things in downtown. The convention center and ballparks were within walking distance with plenty of great restaurants along the way. The airport is 10-15 minutes away.

Caraca was ok but she said “I have to wait 10 minutes to seat you” and the place was almost empty LOL.

Clean and spotless close to many amenities. Water gets turned off at certain hours of the day sometimes you get notified sometimes you don’t.

Kind and courteous staff from the front desk to housekeeping. The Carara restaurant was very good loved the menu. I felt very safe in the underground parking garage. The location of the hotel is perfect.

We liked the swimming pool. My conference was literally across street from parking lot of hotel. Only 1 wobbly chair to round table to sit on. Rm 734 I had asked for a room with a view however after checking in, I had the view of the building next door. Rm 734 Room to small. Beds were double beds and I asked for Queen. Too small .
