The location was close to the airport. We liked being able to sit out in the lounge area. The hotel overall was really nice. Our room floor could have been cleaned a little better we seen dirt spots on the floor.

Great stay with great location. Wish it had a pool but otherwise perfect for our stay. Nice quick walk to the stadium but not far from other great things to do in the Phoenix area.

Unfortunately the AC unit was noisy, it rattled and was annoying. We were there for one night so we didn't ask for it to be checked, it was late at night so we decided to turn it off, rather than deal with maintenance people. It was a warm night, but we are aware we didn't give the hotel an opportunity to rectify the issue. I would stay there again

The hotel offered a nice bar area and breakfast. Our room were very clean. However, the bed was hard as a rock, stiff and the room very very cold. Was difficult to adjust the AC it took my husband and I four days of physical therapy to get my back in order. Overall the hotel was very nice. Not sure I would recommend due to the sleeping situation.

Room air conditioner was loud and blew right onto my face in bed. But it was hot outside. It would have been nice to have real cups in the room, rather than paper.

The staff were great: friendly, helpful with good tips on where to go and what to eat. Room was a good size, well appointed and comfortable. Bathroom was large and shower well designed.
