We booked this on a couple of days notice because we were going to a concert. We got a great rate on a good hotel. We're very happy with this and would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Rooms and common areas were clean. Parking is not free! Surrounding area is not very desirable.

Very friendly staff. It is such breath of fresh air when I feel like todays customer service is lacking. Pool and hot tub were up and running, we just didn't use them. Breakfast is alway a nice add on an was a very good arrangment. The lamp in our room wouldn't work, but let the staff know on check out. There is a parking fee but if you join the free rewards program (email only) the parking is waived. The room was very clean. Thank you BW!

“Welcoming” staff was complaining to another patron for quite awhile as we entered the building and waited for her to finish before being greeted and checked in at 10:30pm-ish. There was a problem with the thermostat in our room, but it was fairly quickly dealt with. Otherwise everyone and everything seemed just fine.

Really enjoyed my stay. And the breakfast… was really good and the cook was keeping everything fresh and replenished the whole time. Definitely would recommend others to stay here.
