Staff were helpful, room was clean, pool area had quite a bit of debris, breakfast was good. Disappointed that shuttle didnt start running until 7am.

Hotel was well maintained (between good and excellent) considering an upcoming renovation is scheduled for 2027. Property over 20 years old. It will look even better after 2027.. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good - nice variety of items both hot and cold.

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was also good.and the rooms were comfortable.I have only one complaint. We never got maid service so the trash remained full and we almost ran out of toilet paper.

I can’t believe this is a Marriott property. Hallways were dirty , room was dirty, shower/tub leaked (pouring water) all night. Front desk staff was super rude.

Walking distance to Chase Field. Clean room at reasonable price. Love that free parking and free breakfast were included. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed 3 nights to be close to Chase Field for MLB games. This location was wonderful, the staff was helpful and friendly. And the room was clean and comfortable. The free shuttle to any place within 2 miles (except if they were in route to/from airport) was very nice, we were able to use it two nights, the third we used Uber. The only negative was the pool in the evening, We enjoyed a cocktail by the pool nightly. Sunday night, there were 36 (we counted) adults , teens and kids, that we did not see at any breakfasts or around the hotel. But seemed there may have been one room sold, with the remaining people guests of a guest. It was strange that they all knew each other and playing games in the pool with a ball. The only "group" evident at hotel was tae kwan do participants, and this group was not related. One person in the Jacuzzi threatened to complain to management if the ball hit her one more time. Then the all settled down (even though she asked nicely twice before with no result). So I think, most of them (34) were not staying there. Other than that. All was wonderful.

Great service and clean room

Clean room, good location it was close to the airport. I booked the room in advance and paid in advance, when I called to notify the staff of my late check in the woman at the front desk said I needed to check in by 11:30 pm or my reservation would be canceled. When I arrived the other staff member told me I was okay and didn’t lost my reservation. The miscommunication was an inconvenience. The pool was disappointing it was uncomfortably warm, so this is not a location with a great pool. The breakfast was good, and they offered a free shuttle so that was a plus.

They were clean and the breakfast area was well maintained, the pool seemed dirty most of the time and the hot tub was out of order for the whole week I was there. The shuttle was nice, the female drivers were polite and friendly, but the one male driver was cold and unfriendly, but he did get me from point A to point B. The front desk was always helpful when I asked.
