Clean rooms

Property was useful, beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Property does need to be cleaned up on on the outside entrance and the inside could use some attention. Hallway carpets need a good shampooing. But the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Rooms are inside entrance, and safe. We had a nice stay. Breakfast could use more protein options. But overall everything went well.

Location was something else. A lot of homeless people in the area. Room was nice & cold. Bed was great pillows a little to soft but that's my opinion. Out of 10 I give the place a solid 7!

Room needed a little vacuum, bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was alright.

The breakfast included was poor, needs to show continental breakfast instead of just breakfast, will not stay here again unless the menu is changed

Before they had eggs sausage potatoes waffles and biscuits and gravy this time it was very very poor just cold cereal coffee was not hot and I did not like my stay at Greentree thank you

For a traveler it would be just fine the rooms are clean the TV work right

I have travelled to many places, but this is the worst I've experienced.

Everything was ok. The staff was kind but the breakfast wasn’t what was advertised. The room was aged.. but ok. Probably won’t stay again but very kind staff. This was last minute and the rate was ok.

Checking in amazing, the first desk person was very helpful and friendly. The room was really nice.

This Hotel has long ago seen it's day as a nice property. For the pric, you get carpet that's way past used, walls that need paint, and you keep your shoes on when you get up and walk around in your room, so you don't catch something!! The ONLY reason we used it was because the Ed Sheeran Concert that night had 'jacked up the prices' of hotels closer to the venue, so driving away from State Farm Stadium sounded like a good move. To get away from $400.00 - $600.00 per night rooms. The bed was clean is about the nicest I can say of this property.

The only thing I liked about the property is that it was close to plenty of restaurants. Bathroom wasn’t that clean. Moldy shower tiles and there was roaches in the bathroom as well.

This was the second time we stayed at the Green Tree Phoenix West. It has security which was one of our important features. The hotel is quiet and well kept. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Janet greeted us at the check in desk. She was professional, friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed. It was a quick overnight stay so we were not able to have breakfast. Our room was , quiet and comfortable . When we need to stay in the area we will always be staying at this hotel.

Area is a little Cathy but that’s not the property’s fault. The lady who checked up is was very nice. Breakfast was a little lackluster we ended up getting breakfast at the McDonald’s next door. Our room was clean though.
