GreenTree Hotel Phoenix West

It was close to everything we needed for our trip.

Upon check in we got the room and turned the air conditioner and the one in the room was broken. It was making a loud noise. So we went back down to the service lady and she didn’t seem helpful and told that since we went through a 3rd party booking, she couldn’t really help. So we just ended up staying in the room and asked for extra bedding and she gave us grief about that.

Exceptional

This hotel was older than I expected. It was very clean and quiet but the carpet was fraying and the couch was stained and very worn. The staff was very friendly.

The tub didn’t drain while taking a shower, the hot tub was as cold as the pool, and the one shelf in the bathroom was broken

No complaints about the room. Clean and everything was working. Lots of amenities. Hotel could use security though. The area outside of the hotel is dangerous and sketchy. A lot of scary people wandering around. Nice desk agent that checked me in. Might stay there again.

Cheap, clean motel perfect for a quick rest.

Everything was great staff was friendly n professional. We have stayed at Green Tree multiple times. The only downfall was their breakfast this time. You only had the option of beagle, cereal or waffles. Usually Green Tree is one hotel that has decent breakfast. This time it was a disappointment. Hope it gets better

A friend booked a room for me in a Motel 6, three doors down from GreenTree. After suffering one night in the disgusting, filthy, unsafe Motel 6, I went online and booked a room at the GreenTree, sight unseen. It was great! Felt like the Ritz after the other place. My only quasi complaint was that the breakfast was just a load of sugared up carbs, only tiny yogurts for protein. The beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and functional, parking was good even with a few spaces underneath for shade. I would recommend staying there.

This is not a 3 star hotel. I do not really mind the star level, I care about honesty and cleanliness. The bathtub is not what is showing in the photos. That was the entire reason for choosing this hotel. The bathtub looked like it was from the Saw movie.

Disappointing

Very sketchy area, I didn’t feel safe walking from my car to the hotel
