Nothing was unique and there was bedbugs on the beds overall a 3.5 star rating

The bed was comfy and the ac was perfect The tv had no color , I got locked out of my room we had no toilet paper burn marks everywhere

After driving for 13 hours, my family and I arrived at approximately 10:00 p.m. completely exhausted and looking forward to getting some much-needed rest. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was one problem after another. I had requested a ground-floor handicap-accessible room, but we were initially assigned a room on the third floor. After returning to the front desk, we were given a ground-floor room, only to discover it had one bed for five people. We then had to return to the front desk yet again and were assigned another room that smelled strongly of marijuana. That room also had holes in the sheets, a television that did not work, lights that did not work, and was generally dirty and poorly maintained. After multiple trips back and forth to the front desk while exhausted from a 13-hour drive, we were finally assigned another room on the third floor. While it appeared cleaner and did not have an odor, it still had several maintenance issues. The sink faucet was loose and not securely attached, the toilet wobbled, and despite having five guests, we were provided only one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. To make matters worse, when leaving the hotel the next day, I fell due to uneven concrete on the third-floor walkway, creating a serious safety concern. What should have been a simple overnight stay turned into a stressful and exhausting ordeal. Between the room assignment issues, cleanliness concerns, maintenance problems, lack of basic amenities, and safety hazards, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. I have requested a full refund and believe it is fully justified given the circumstances.

There no ice buckets .I had to walk back twice because my key didn't work staff was rude gave me a different room.had to use a bag for ice there was ice cream left from previous guest.and they didn't have towels.tge was ventilation in the bathroom and a whole in the ceiling in the shower area. The price!

Didn't like that the first room we were assigned was already occupied, almost got hit by the occupant because he thought we were trying to break in. Second room had no air conditioning. In the third room the pipe under the sink fell off and ended up on the floor with a mess. After all that trouble we weren't refunded anything from the company.

The worst motel I've ever stayed in, dirty, the bed is not comfortable, old and I felt the springs of the conchon. It smells so bad!

Pool out if order, shady area/people around, missing towels, horrible wifi, ended up getting a refund for 2nd night that has not arrived and no trace of a refund in the system...

When we first got into our room it smelt like smoke, there was no WiFi and the pool was closed. Due to Covid but it should’ve been put on the front say that they had Covid patients in the building. But couldn’t change that so it was just an overnight stay.

Booked a non smoking room. Got to the hotel checked in. The front desk put me in a room with no A/C working in Phoenix. Then after that went back down to ask for a different room. And he put me in a smoking room. That smelled horrific. Went back down stairs and asked for a different room. He started yelling towards me, and telling me what did I expect when bookkkg a 2 star hotel. I will not be staying there ever again. This was the worst motel I have ever been to in my life. Save your self the money and time before booking here. Beware. Super ghetto!! And trashy!!! BEWARE!!!
