Upon arrival, I noticed that there was no microwave. That was a really big inconvenience being that I’m a single mom with a four year-old and I had to go and buy food every day of my stay cutting into my rest time. I never stayed at a hotel that didn’t offer a microwave in every room. Also, I called Expedia to let them know and they had contacted the hotel manager then when I came back in, I overheard the hotel manager talking loudly in front of guest about my call with Expedia stating if I didn’t like her hotel, I can go find a new one and why did I book 2 nights? I continue to my room without acknowledging her and I booked another night after talking to Expedia because they charge a $75 fee which most hotels do and I didn’t want to go to the trouble of getting a new one and doing that over again the hotel manager hopped up immediately very hostile stating that I cannot re-book in her hotel because I called Expedia to complain about a microwave, and then she proceeded to lie and say that I told them that I didn’t feel safe and she continued to argue with me which I have her on video and told me that I can no longer be a guest in her hotel, kicking me and my daughter out and pouring rain a 4 year old My new just because I mentioned a microwave terrible nightmare the place itself is old, but I was OK with it being a little a hole in the wall because it kept us safe from the streets in the rain, but to think about it, I made a bad decision picking this hotel,will return

Close to event Everything was pretty average. Just enough to get by, it was a place to sleep a shelter, and that was it. It did not smell clean and some places smelled smoky.

Killed a roach in the bathroom. I checked in late night, but front desk was accommodating, A/C worked, and got a good deal on room. Overall about what I expected for the price

The price was good. There was rust in the bath tub and under the table was sticky.

It was close to talking stick amphitheater. There was no refrigerator no microwave. The ice machine was broken on our floor no continental breakfast. If I wanted a fridge and a microwave, I would have had to pay $30 more a night.

The suit Wonders

This has been the hotel we have stayed in for years while traveling. It’s decent for a night or two. However, I was harassed by staff banging on my door at 9-10 pm threatening to kick me out for vaping on 2 different occasions. I do not vape, don’t own one, and have no idea what prompted them to do this. I will not stay there again.
