First I got a dirty room, have to move to another room. Hair dryer didn’t work, didn’t know until I was getting ready for work in the morning. Bad time to notice it didn’t work.

Everything was as we had expected. The only thing that was a little bit off was that it was clear they had moved some furniture around and there were some pretty big gashes and scratches on the floor. It didn't affect the cleanliness or use of the room but not very inviting.

The floors were scuffed so they looked dirty. The tv in the room didn’t work. When you go out the main doors in the morning there was an overwhelming smell of poop. I’ve been to other pet friendly hotels but didn’t experience such a smell so close to the lobby

Room floor was dirty. Towels were torn and had threads hanging off. Mattress pad cover did not stay on bed. Front desk staff was very nice and polite.

Nice rooms I booked online with booking.com I payed online I have my confirmation number. I was still charged by the front office. Online it was $80. I was charged by staff $150. $75 for room and $75 deposit. I should get $150 when my deposit is put back on my card
