My experience at the Red Roof Inn was Great from the moment you walk in to the time you check out. The staff greats you Everytime prompt to ask if you need anything and provide the service if requested.

This is a voucher hotel. I knew i was i. Trouble when they ask if I wanted a parking pass and the lot was empty. The lady at the counter ask if I drove there....I said I did, why do you have that many walk in and she just raised her eye brow. I am sick of booking places like this that do not feel safe and then they charge me a deposit that takes 5 days to get back. What the actual hell. If the place isn't safe then they should at least be honest. I won't be back as safer to sleep in the car.

There wasn't much to like. The room was far too expensive for what you get... First of all, there wasn't a fridge and the ice machine on all but the 2nd floor was working, but even then, it took hours to make ice. Not all the lights in the room were working, the towels were very worn and flimsy, there wasn't a decent amount of shampoo/conditioner or soap, the bathroom walls had cracks, there was a cockroach in the room... the only thing I was glad about was that we only stayed one night. They charge extra for a 2nd car to park, which I had never experienced in Arizona.

The suite we booked was a nice size but one of the mattresses was not a regular mattress. The area the hotel was in was less than desirable and we weren't really comfortable. It worked for the one night we were there traveling through but I woukd not pick to stay at again.

The room was clean but small. No 7se of the pool. No fridge in the room pictures show one. Housekeeping only 2 day a week.

Bathroom was not clean. Has rust and dirt in the shower. Towels were so dingy to he point they looked dirty.
