Baymont by Wyndham Phoenix I-10 near 51st Ave

Exceptional

The room was not that clean. There was hair all over the bathroom. Beds were hard. The lady at the front desk turned the room key off when I children went to pick up doordash from outside. Had them in the hallway for an hour. The lady told my children, I know you are with your mom and she is in the room but I wont let ypu back in the room until you show ID. So my 3 teenagers were locked out the room fue to the last at the front desk. How can to turn off a key to a room just because you want to. Not good customer service at all. I did not like the customer service, beds were to hard. Hair all in the bathroom. Will not be going to a hotel mjn

Service and room was definitely worth the stay. Staff was very helpful would go again if I need somewhere to stay in that area.

Exceptional

The people around area like homeless, druggies was not good scary Front desk lady was nice

Seguro

Muy bien y limpio

Really kind and help staff, the rooms were really clean and comfortable. Although we were close to the highway, we could barely hear anything outside. Everything in the room worked well and they have an ice machine, which was perfect.

Location Roaches

Trucking Parking I don’t know

El único inconveniente es que tanto en el estacionamiento (qué tal vez los empleados del hotel no puedan controlar) cómo recepción y pasillos olían mucho a marihuana

Maybe just a bit an better or cleaning the room like sweeping and mopping.

Breakfast is good & the staff are very nice and friendly. Maybe just a bit an better or cleaning the room like sweeping and mopping.

Staff nice, breakfast, guest laundry, nice room, good water pressure, very comfortable bed, cold AC

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Needed a lot of updates, bathroom was very run down. Paint chipping, shower curtain was torn in several places.

Passable

Room was clean. Parking was adequate. Staff was very nice. Did not have the breakfast. There needs were harder than I am accustomed to. Had back ache each morning

This place looked NOTHING like the advertised pictures. The hallways and rooms reeked of marijuana. The curtains and linens were stained, and the bathroom had urine stains on the toilet. It did not look well maintained and was very outdated. The view from our room was also horrible! It was a dog run-like area filled with dirt, rocks, and trash. My parents and I checked out immediately after seeing our rooms and we will NEVER book this place again.

This was a major disappointment

It was a nice and clean room. The person at the front desk checked us in fast with no issues. She was friendly and nice. Everything went well with our stay.
