Comfort Inn I-10 West at 51st Ave

We check in at 5pm and once in the room the beds were not done, so we just left. Hopefully we will be fully refunded

For what it is , not bad at all

Just an average "you get what you paid for" hotel. Breakfast is so so, not so thrilled about it. Just a night stop for us on a long drive back to Cali.

Good place to stay in my room is clean and the bed is very good

The hotel definitely needs upgrades! Carpets and room furniture! I also had some ants consistently crawling on the dressers. Couldn’t leave anything on it. I will not book these property again

No room service bathroom wall paper was peeling bathroom was unsanitary the refrigerator was dirty

I loved breakfast and the customer service when I checked in. They didnt clean our room when I went out on the second day. They never restocked towels, toilet paper or tissue & didnt pick up the trash. I had to gather trash from trash cans and put them outside the room for them to pick it up. The room felt very humid and smelled like they just cleaned the carpet and it wasnt dry yet. The a/c was to loud and old and didnt cool the room well. It needs a lot of improvement.

Me and my family came back to the room after an event about 1am. My key card didn't work. So I tried calling the front desk and went to the desk but no answer. Had to call the choice 800 #. Waited about 30 minutes to get into the room

Never did get my deposit back customer service poor, amenities trash

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I only complained is that the bathroom was dirty upon arrival.

If you need another set of bath towel/hand and washcloth you have to ask for it, as well as if you want room turned over for additional nights. The Front Desk staff were nice however; 2nd night of our stay there was no water which made for our inability to flush toilet, shower or wash our hand. This did it for us! At that point the front desk staff didn’t know what to do for any of the guests inconvenienced (which was every guest). Breakfast was semi-adequate as eggs cold, sausage was good, coffee tasteless. Hall, and lobby carpets badly stained. All guests inconvenienced by the water outage should be compensated by 50% of the night affected. We won’t stay here again.

Stay was nice, lady at check in was new (first day) but was nice. Would stay here again.

Both good.room was a little hot. Everything was ok for the price.
