Helpful staff great security which is needed the area is pass sketchy but a decent value for the money

There’s a super market access the street and other places to eat very close by and next door.

I don't like how they knock on you door starting at 9am until checkout multi different staff harrassassing you about checkout which you have till 11

Nothing. It is a shithole full of meth heads and drug addicts. Creepy zombie like meth heads roaming the parking lot at night, looking for something of YOURS to steal. I refused to stay there! I made a reservation, but was late getting there. They would not let me check in. I went to Budget Inn around the corner and was very happy. They charged me for the night. I sat and watched all the all the freaks roaming the parking lot at around 10PM. If you value your property, or ypur life, you will not stay here. The next day I called and spoke to the General Manager. He was extremely rude on the phone. I went to the office to explain what happened and how they knew when I was arriving, but screwed me over anyway! The "manager" was dressed like a gang banger, and acted like one. He was absolutely the WORST hôtel manager I have ever met in my entire life. I called Booking and was sent overseas to someone who spoke broken English and refused to help me. My retort was that it was the last time I will be booking a stay with them. The whole site and they are a SCAM! BOOK WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY! You can thank me later!

Excellent stay cut short by my own stupidity

When I don't like the macro location is the whiff rap around the location, but all in all it is clean and there are no problems in my room with the exception that there's no elevator but I'm satisfied, thank you.

Staff is rude. No cleaning service. Stuff in the room from whoever was there before

Area, and housekeeping

Very rude manager and house keeper. The security guard acts like he’s the king of the place and can’t wait for a chance to try and hit u with his extendo stick…. And they provide nothing no toilet paper no trash bags nothing…. Oh and if u don’t park perfectly in the lines they will raid your room when ur gone take what they want and then kick u out.

I was never able to stay sadly because of an employee named Daniel who refused to give assistance or do his job. Also he was beyond disrespectful referring to myself and other guest.

Dirty, location, price for how long I stayed

It was a ok to stay but would not bring a family with kids here the room had blood on the wall the sinks faucet was falling off the sink.

The air conditioning in the room makes pure noise you can hardly rest

I can cook my own meals No elevator I was on the third floor omg got to climb those staircase with loads

Great stay and nice room for price

The room was generally clean, only when I arrived. Only one roll of toilet paper, one bar of soap, and two towels were offered for the entirety of my eight-day stay. I was told that if I wanted more toiletries, I had to provide them myself. The office staff were not available during the hours when they were supposed to be. The office manager would put up signs that said he would be back at a certain time, and was never back at the specified time. On one occasion, I noticed that four visitors were waiting in a line in front of the office in the middle of the day at a time well after the sign in the office window said the manager would be back. All water completely stopped working for several hours in my room at one point, including the sinks, shower, and toilet. The manager generally did not have a pleasant demeanor.

It was quiet considering the location. The air conditioner didn’t work to well.

There were dead baby roaches under the sink, mouse droppings, throughout the room. The couch was filthy looking. I cancelled my room right away.
