Very rude manager and house keeper. The security guard acts like he’s the king of the place and can’t wait for a chance to try and hit u with his extendo stick…. And they provide nothing no toilet paper no trash bags nothing…. Oh and if u don’t park perfectly in the lines they will raid your room when ur gone take what they want and then kick u out.

It was a ok to stay but would not bring a family with kids here the room had blood on the wall the sinks faucet was falling off the sink.

The air conditioning in the room makes pure noise you can hardly rest

The room was generally clean, only when I arrived. Only one roll of toilet paper, one bar of soap, and two towels were offered for the entirety of my eight-day stay. I was told that if I wanted more toiletries, I had to provide them myself. The office staff were not available during the hours when they were supposed to be. The office manager would put up signs that said he would be back at a certain time, and was never back at the specified time. On one occasion, I noticed that four visitors were waiting in a line in front of the office in the middle of the day at a time well after the sign in the office window said the manager would be back. All water completely stopped working for several hours in my room at one point, including the sinks, shower, and toilet. The manager generally did not have a pleasant demeanor.

It was quiet considering the location. The air conditioner didn’t work to well.

There were dead baby roaches under the sink, mouse droppings, throughout the room. The couch was filthy looking. I cancelled my room right away.

The refrigerator barley cooled and leaked water everywhere. The TV was so dirty i had to clean it 3 different times to get it clean , the dresser top, the table top all turned my paper towels black when i wiped them down. One of the property employees came harassing me about a dog! I showed him I had no dog or any animal and he said oh must have been a different room! Then the same employee came back and tried to get me to pay for another day. Twice! Even after I showed him my receipt. People woke me up fighting on both sides of my room on 2 different nights. Homeless everywhere! This place has a fence around it and a security guard at the entrance and it is definitely a necessity! I'm sitting in a new motel and can still smell that place on my clothes and pillow and blanket. The laundry room, nasty! I went to a laundry mat.

The room was not very clean and had a pungent odor. The floor had stains. Although there is jo smoking there was an odor of marijuana outside which is not appropriate if you have children.

General manager is very disqualified to be one very rude sexist property was very gross roaches bed bugs broken locks on doors! Was unwilling to do a refund! Will never book on Expedia again!

The property is so nice for the rate, very quiet and comfortable, homeless people are all around but don’t access the property because they is 24/7 security at the gate. Overall it’s a good experience
