Awesome 3 to 11pm staff. Breakfast attendant was not good harrassed my sister and i when getting food about if we were guests ect. Very unimpressed

The gym was closed and the Jacuzzi was out of order. The pool area needed maintenance and the pool itself needs a deep cleaning. Other than that, everything was great. The rooms were clean, easily accessible and a good price for the amount of space provided. The staff was very caring and hospitable. They serve full breakfast so we didn't need to rush our family out every morning to get our day started. 3/5 stars

Traveled with family. Area is not the greatest. It is a gated parking lot and hotel key is required at every entrance. Rooms had everything we needed. Room was clean. It was a little noisy at night but I would stay again if needed.

Room was decent, breakfast extremely basic, spa not working, pool was dirty, gym room out of order...

My stay at the hotel was excellent staff is very knowledgeable rooms was clean breakfast was great I would recommend the next time I visit phoenix the La Quinta Inn is where I will be staying 5 star hotel

My wife was telling the front desk staff that the front desk lady last night explained to us how to the door to open. Well apparently the cleaning lady thought my wife as complaining about her. She immediately started to yell at my wife that it wasn't her fault and that she told my wife to go to the front desk. She was loud, abrasive and verbally assaulting my wife. The front desk person tried to tell the cleaning lady what my wife as saying. The cleaning lady wouldn't listen and started arguing/yelling at the front desk staff. Finally someone in charge came up and tried to calm the situation down. My wife got no apology from the cleaning lady. WE WILL NOT COME BACK NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE AMENITIES ARE!

The front desk staff was VERY nice and helpful. The diverter to make the tub water come out the shower head didn't work very well. There seemed to be a lot of homeless people in the area.

Our stay was satisfactory. We had our pet dog and it was great that it was dog friendly

Great property, ac quite, breakfast the best, nice staff… would stay there again.

Took several pictures. Spa out of order. Gym out of order. Arrived and assigned room was not clean yet. No cleaning staff at night so no other room that matched ours. No spare rolling cots for smaller room. Smaller room reassigned to was also dirty (but not to same extent and tired of going up and down to bother the 1 and only staff onsite). Figured out what the smell was lingering in 2nd room and disposed of article. Don’t stay with your kids here. Parking was the only positive to report out.

I looked for a motel specifically for the hot tub, it and the exercise room were out of order, would have chosen another further out of phoenix and in a better location
