Good breakfast and comfortable pillows. Air conditioner smelled funny. A significant amount of steps to get access

Overall clean ,I like the fresh drinks available and coffee. I like the stairway as a back up. The ice machine was broken on the third floor but I was able to get ice on the first floor.

Its very accessible off of I-10 and central too. The rooms were clean, well stocked on towels and toiletries. The staff was really nice, and they had a good breakfast selection. The inside of the building had an overall weird “wet” smell and it felt humid/muggy. I suspect that it needed better ventilation, or the carpets were recently washed but not dried properly.

This place is clean, affordable, and convenient. The only place I book when traveling to Phoenix.

It was clean They ask for a credit card for a $50 deposit. Other hotels you can use a debit/credit card.

Wonderful rooms. Only things were the water fountain wasn't working which was tough in 110 weather

Everyone was helpful desoite the number of guests and were very accomodating.

My stay was mostly good overall. There just was one night my key cards weren’t working and I was notified days later about the guest list.

it felt unsafe with all the homeless in the area.

I am a veteran who served 26mths of combat time and was severely wounded. I retired out of the Army after 18yrs active service and now I can only get by with the help of a service dog. There was one staff member at the hotel who continuously refused to allow me to participate in breakfast at the hotel. The sign clearly stated that no pets were allowed in the serving area. My dog is not a pet. He is a working service dog trained to assist me with my multiple brain and bodily injuries due to my service connected disabilities. The staff refused to abide by ADA guidelines or regulations pertaining to my needs. I felt I was singled out and made an example of by staff due to my disability and was extremely embarrassed and put in emotional distress.

Everything was good. The room was way bigger than I expected because I’ve paid 5 times that price for a smaller room so we are very happy and plan to stay again soon
