I was pleasantly surprised how WONDERFUL ALL THE STAFF were. Ate at the restaurant ant on site and it was absolutely fabulous. Was greeted by Karen when I arrived and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Would diffidently stay there again if I am in the area.. NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was very friendly A plus, still waiting for credit back from 50 hold, no free breakfast, carpet felt very sticky could not walk in room barefoot as was sticky and dirty, was unable to turn volume on with remote . Water in shower very hot very nice!

Stayed for one night and we were very pleased with the room, the food and the staff. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. A 24 hour shuttle service to the airport is available. Won”t hesitate to stay again.

Large, clean, quiet, well maintained room. Loved everything. Heard no noise in the hall. Hope to stay there again! There was nothing we didn't like.

I wish I had her name but the young woman who checked me in & out was very helpful! She allowed me to put 2 very heavy suitcases behind the counter & helped get them out to the shuttle at 2:30 in the morning! The room was updated & very clean, the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Was not aware of parking fee!! Expedia did not disclose this information!!!!!! Very noisy!! Don’t get an outside room near the road !!! Beep beep beep from trucks working 5-6 am so annoying !!!!

The room and the entire hotel were very clean. the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle was efficient and on time! Parking looked fine, we did not have a car, so I didn't pay much attention. Tjhe pool is open 24h a day, which is great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us out with catching the shuttle from the airport to the hotel when we returned our rental car. Very informative, we had a beautiful stay with them.

We really did appreciate the courtesy shuttle & transportation to and from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Sky Harbor International Airport, that was one less worry to deal with , especially when you aren’t familiar with the area. Thank you Luis, and the morning driver, you were both very helpful. The late afternoon staff is friendly, professional and helpful. We recommend your short or long stay.
