Everything was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk person was courteous, professional and very helpful. The chair in the room was broken and could not be safely used. The air conditioner was very very loud. The pool in back was disappointing because there was no shade at all. Parking was plentiful and easy. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and efficient getting us to the airport.

The property was clean front desk staff was warm and helpful, the first morning the coffee machine was down and they made coffee and that was done in no time and I was told they had no more coffee, which was still early like 6am and I had to go and buy a cup of coffee at the Waffle House so a little inconvenient.

Carla and Schyler at the front desk went above and beyond with customer service and courtesy.

My only issue was lack of hot water in the shower. The sink had hot water but the shower didn't. Very happy with everything else.

Perfect stay on our way back to Houston. Located near airport and our fav Quick Trip. Excellent breakfast !!! Went swimming before bed. Great staff!

The staff was great. Location to airport so convenient along with the shuttle service and driver convenient restaurant and bar next store! GREAT JOB ON ALL THE STAFF

I’ve always like Hooiday Inn is guaranty of cleaness and comfortable.

Budget friendly great place overall, very nice staff, decent breakfast, I love they provide shuttle to the airport, kind enough to provide you with complementary toothpaste or comb (if you forgot to bring with you), but consider considering how hard the weather is here and how important A/C is, the one in the room was loud like a motorcycle, it was hard for me to fall asleep. Otherwise, I was very content with his choice.

Don't go during summer months

The staff was helpful and kind. The pool area was old and the chairs were worn and stained. The pool was dirty.

Schyler was awesome making accommodations for us! He made us feel safe & welcomed during our stay.
