Staff was great

The check-in was quick and easy and everything looked and worked nicely.

Front desk was so helpful and everyone was super accommodating thank you for making my stay so effortless

Place was clean, room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

Skyler was great. He was very welcoming when my son and I arrived. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was great as it was close to the airport and the Arizona Mills mall and some good restaurants. Although we didn’t wake up in time for the complimentary breakfast, there was a waffle house right on the property. I would definitely stay here again.

The wonderful gentleman that checked us in was great! He was multitasking and handled everything spectacularly! Wish I could remember his name. He deserves a raise!

All good good hotel

Very disappointed at the staff for arguing with me over the $50 security deposit. I called them 1 week after my stay to ask them why my security deposit has not been returned. I am trying to explain to them this is creating a problem with expense report submission to my employer. The guy just put me on hold and after 10 minutes, I realized he just wanted to get rid of me. I am utterly disappointed. I will make sure neither me nor anybody from my team ever stays at Holiday Inn Express. I will bring this up with my team in the next meeting. Way to go Holiday Inn Express....

Good stay overall and location

This was a short trip but we returned to this hotel bc of the convenient location, super clean room and easy check in and out. Will be back again

The room was not ready at check in time. We had to wait 30 min for it. The lobby was extremely hot. My reservation was for the wrong room then I reserved. Was not the best experience. On a positive. Our driver to the airport was super nice.

Free shuttle to the airport was great.Staff was good free.Breakfast was good all over overall.A very good experience

Clean and professional

The lady and the front was great. As well as a staff the only thing that I was not happy about my girlfriend use the bathroom and it was clogged and water spilled out of the toilet. I was hoping they were just switch rooms for me, but they decided to make me wait about 45 minutes to see if they were able to repair it when I had clearly told the lady in the front I had a funeral to attend. It would’ve been more easier for them to switch me rooms because not only my girlfriend use the bathroom, but I didn’t get a chance to use the bathroom until they repaired the problem and yes, I was offered a bathroom downstairs, but there was no need for me to do all of that when I could’ve just use the bathroom in the room that I paid for

Hotel was very clean and quiet. My second time staying here. I would stay again.

The hotel is a bit outdated. It is close to the airport though.
