We stayed at this hotel because we were attending a game at Chase Field, and the location was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here. We were able to park our car at the hotel and easily walk to the stadium, which was very convenient. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast

Parking is an issue, be prepared for a long walk, or valet. Everything else is great. Fabulous location.

If there was a way to give them a million stars, I’d give them a billion. Wow. They were incredible! After booking my room, I reached out and let them know we were there for my son’s birthday and to see a game at Chase field. My son is a huge baseball fanatic and I had asked if we could simply get a room with a view of that stadium. Not only did they give us a FANTASTIC room with a perfect stadium view, but they- Jimmy in particular- went all out to spoil my son with gifts too!!! They had birthday balloons, a Diamondbacks shirt, baseball cards, a clear bag for the game filled with water bottles, a Diamondbacks notebook, and when we met Jimmy the next day to thank him, he gave my son a replica championship ring! Wow!!! I’m blown away! We were able to walk to the stadium that night and the t-shirt brought my son so much good luck! He got on the Jumbotron and Zac Gallen even threw my son a baseball! Core birthday memories were made and we will for sure stay at this hotel again and again! Thank you to the entire staff for being so fantastic and a huge thank you to Jimmy for his thoughtful kindness to making our son’s birthday so special! We really appreciate all the care that went into making our experience so special. You can tell they all love working here and what they do! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Rooms were clean, updated and had a small kitchen. Bed was comfy enough. No pool, and parking is from a 3rd party which is all on an app. Have to download and they over charged us. We weren't there for 24 hours checked in at 3p- checked out next morning at 730a and the app. Charged is $110.00 by mistake. Everything else was great.

Outstanding value, super clean & very good breakfast. Gym is also extremely nice.

The stuff were super helpful I forgot my phone charger and one of the employees (Jorden) let me use her personal charger. Super grateful.Nice hotel overall

Very close to Mortgage Matchup Center. Room was clean, check in and check out easy and painless.

The oranges at the breakfast bar were rotting and moldy. No bellhop to help with bags. The valet appeared to be stoned or indifferent at best. The room was supposed to have a full kitchen but it just had a fridge and microwave- I asked nicely about the lack of a cooktop and they gave me a dirty hot plate. No cleaning supplies for the dishes that were dirty. The barn door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed - kept sliding open - like in prison. The carpets were dirty with scary stains and bits of goo. There was a squished cockroach in the blinds. The sheets were smooth and nice for polyester but no stains - bonus. We brought our own comforters. Pubes in the shower. Ew. Toilet paper was really really bad. Stains on walls. Shower head was awful and loose. Smoke alarm went off at 5:30 am because the cook in the kitchen downstairs had his stovetop too hot! Too hot? I’ve been in worse hotels like Motel 6. In Georgia. But seriously.

Gave 4 stars out of 5 because the refrigerator ran 24/7 generating noise throughout the night and day. My girlfriend griped about the towels not being soft enough. Otherwise every Hilton/Home2Suites/Hampton Inn has always met our expectations.

Nice spot in downtown Phoenix

There was a fairly loud annoying humming noise constantly. I’m assuming whatever it was shouldn’t have been like that.

This was an excellent hotel we would definitely stay in this one again close to the ballpark within walking distance of like 5 minutes very very clean very very nice staff the valet park was great and very helpful we forgot something in our car they took us to our car so we could get it Right downtown within walking distance of some restaurants breakfast was excellent

The in-room kitchenette was convenient.

The bed was broken and caused injury to my Mother inlaw.

The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. The large fridge, microwave and kitchen set-up was appreciated. The breafast was just ok. Most of the food was very heat and serve. More fresh items would have been better. There was no roof-top pool, even though it was shown for this location on hotels.com. Mandatory, expensive valet parking was a big negative for us.

I booked my stay in January for July. So obviously pretty far in advance. When arriving at check in I was told my room was not available that I booked for 2 beds for my group that I was with, had to get seperate rooms due to not having the accommodation available that I booked
