Great visit if trying watch a diamondbacks game

Awesome hotel and location downtown. You'll save money on not having get an Uber/Lyft because of how close everything is to the hotel.

This place is a very great place to stay if you’re attending a baseball or basketball game. It’s a walking distance to both places. Rooms were very clean and comfortable staff are great. Valet was great also.

My son and I took in a baseball game at Chase Field and the hotel was so close to walk and then after the game as well. This was the best part of being so close to the hotel and the stadium.

Some doors don’t stay open, some doors don’t star closed. Gaps in doors.

The Hotel is very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us. My daughters went to see a concert while my husband and I went to see a baseball game. Everyone is happy!

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly, but having to pay to park your car everyday just added extra expense to the trip.

Close to Chase Field, we were able to walk there from the hotel. Very convenient.

The room was great. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that they require valet parking with no self-park option.

The location was perfect — within easy walking distance of all the big venues, restaurants, stores, etc. The price of a 20 oz. soda and a bottled water from the front desk was nearly $14.85. That’s a little excessive.

The stay was fine until one night we tried to get back to our hotel. This property is in downtown Phoenix and we selected it because it was walking distance to the convention center - where we needed to attend a volleyball tournament. However, on a Tuesday night, there was a concert at the Mortage Center near the hotel. All roads surrounding the property were closed and we couldn’t get back to the hotel at 11:30pm at night. I called the front desk who then informed me of the concert. There was nothing we could do as all the road barriers were up. I just wished we were given some warning by the hotel about the event and possible road closures. It’s been over an hour and we still can’t get back to the hotel. Had there been a warning about the concert by the hotel, we would’ve gotten back to the hotel sooner. This experience was horrible.

I liked the the property was so close to the arena & that they provided breakfast with a fitness center. The didn’t like the pricing. I feel like it was a lil high.
