Location, cleanliness, courtesy, bed was comfortable. Check in took longer than expected. It was busy, lots of guests and only 2 staff members at the front desk. Number of elevators is not enough for busy days and they seem slow.

Nothing The sofa bed was not done even when they knew about the amount of people going to the bedrooms. They lied about the swiming pool times and we had to loose 1 hour discussing the amount of people that were supposed to have breakfast when it was mentioned on the booking

Location was great to the Suns stadium and not too much farther to the Diamondbacks stadium! 1 out of 3 elevators were only working

Rooms were Clean. Walking distance to Chase field.

Property was great. The only issue was the a/c did not cool the best. It felt very humid inside the room.

The hotel was in a good location but the room smelled musty and was dingy. The housekeeping staff was great though and made sure we had clean towels and linens for our two day stay.

Great place to stay if attending events at the Chase Field or Mortgage Matchup Center. Only problem we has was that the door to the bathroom would not close completely without a major effort.
