The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Vananse, who was extremely helpful, cheerful, and accommodating. She kindly arranged an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated. The hotel has a great downtown location, close to many attractions and the metro, and it is also conveniently located near the airport. The lobby is nice and welcoming, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and very noisy. I could hear noise from the nearby metro, but the main issue was the air-conditioning system. A machine inside the room produced significant noise throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. This seriously affected my two-night stay, particularly on the second night, as I had an early morning flight and couldn't get a proper night's sleep. I could also clearly hear water running and toilets flushing from the rooms above, which added to the disturbance. While the staff, location, and cleanliness were very good, the poor sound insulation and constant noise made the room uncomfortable and significantly affected my overall experience.

An historical building transformed into a boutique style hotel. A welcoming lobby with lots of areas to hang out, relax, play games, feed your snack attack, etc. I loved my room! Cool decor with the perfect amount of kitschy weirdness. My particular faves were the little green army man on my hanging lamp (made me think of Ted Lasso) & the fish-headed business men above my toilet. It's all in the details, people! Immaculately clean room and bathroom! Possibly the comfiest bed & pillow I've ever experienced at a hotel. There's a "Stash Closet" on each floor with all the toiletries & supplies you could imagine if you forgot something at home. Which I did! Such an incredibly thoughtful addition that I've never seen at any other hotel. Conveniently located near awesome restaurants & venues & the light rail. Only took me 30 min on the light rail between the airport & hotel. A quiet sanctuary from the chaos of downtown. I was on the 8th floor, so it might be a different experience with street noise on the lower floors. I could still hear some honking and garbage trucks, etc., but had no problem sleeping and I'm the lightest sleeper on the planet. I was traveling solo and felt safe here which is crucial for us ladies. I would love to stay here again! The only way this spot could've been better is if they had a pool.

Cute hotel walking distance to various stores, restaurants, music venues and movie theater. About 8 mins from PHX. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for my solo trip! Staff was more than helpful and extremely accommodating and friendly. My single room was smaller and didn’t have traditional features like mini fridge or a dresser, but I’d still choose it again for a short weekend trip

That place was pretty damn cool felt like you were an at apartment/hangout spot, in a good way. Bar with a connect four/books/pacman. There’s a computer with a printer also. Right when you walk outside is the train too.

When we arrived, our room’s thermostat was set at 56 degrees! It was a meat locker! There was also a steady loud hum from the huge HVAC system outside of our window. Otherwise, the staff was very welcoming and the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the downtown location was within walking distance of our concert.

The decoration is very cute retro/modern twists. Fun welcoming hotel, this helps you set the mood to enjoy yourself and relax. they gave us 2 vouchers for the bar and enjoyed complimentary drinks, I haven't seen this type of amenity in a very long time, especially for downtown Phoenix. Moxy hotel is also walking distance to Arenas, restaurants, Cvs pharmacy and Frys's food store. I will stay here again when traveling to the area and I will also recommend this Hotel to family and friends. The only thing I can think of is the Bathroom towels could use an upgrade. Other than that, the pictures posted online from the hotel are accurate.
