Love the location and the vintage style. Absolute hipster with amazing service. Smaller than expected rooms and the parking valet fee.

-Noise: the #1 complaint I saw in other reviews was the noise from the street cars and downtown. I stayed directly above the streetcar station and it was definitely noisy, but not disruptively so. Most of the noise was easily drowned out by the white noise machine. That being said, no amount of white noise can help with the way the streetcars vibrate the building but it didn't bother me (sounded like thunder). I think caution is warranted if you're a light sleeper. -Cleanliness: Some reviews complained the rooms were filthy. That was not my experience. The cleanliness was fine. Nothing remarkable (good or bad). -Staff: I interacted with 4 staff total while I was there. 2 were very friendly and helpful, 1 was helpful but not friendly, and 1 was neither helpful nor friendly. Overall, not bad. And the ones that weren't friendly, I don't hold it against them since I know first-hand how poorly Marriott pays their employees. -AC: Worked good. I saw other reviews complaining about this but mine worked fine. The high hovered around 110F all 4 days I was there but the AC managed to keep it around 70F in the room.

I loved how close it was to downtown and to Chase Field. I also loved the Lobby! The games and the bar were so much fun! Bed was very firm and small

there were a couple little beetles found in room, and the shampoo dispenser was empty or broken. It was a nice old hotel.

Urban type hotel with a very nice atmosphere. amenities provided but it is a self help located in designated area per floor. For those who are expecting a spacious room, it is not. They do provide 1 drink per guest at time of registration. Highly recommend valet parking to be sure you vehicle stays on property. Walk to Chase Field was under 10 minutes. Definitely will be a returning guest.

Loved the comfortable casual gathering area and the modern European style rooms, some might think they are small rooms but very well equipped with needs. Loved it!!

great cute and cozy stay, bar was such a nice touch ! parking is not included so just be ready to pay an extra fee if you want to valet.

The bar is open till two. Kitchen closes at 10 the staff is very friendly and makes the stay fun!
