We liked it but the pool was small and only to 3'9 deep. We thought it would be a bigger indoor pool.

Hotel was very nice. Elevators were taking a while. We were late for breakfast unfortunately. Check in was alright. Overall it was a great hotel.

The parking garage was difficult to access and cost $35. Valet parking is $40, and you can pull up to the hotel to unload. I suggest spending an extra $5 to save yourself time.

Great hotel and staff allowed us to check in even after late arrival. Clean lobby and very convenient to downtown Phoenix . Will recommend to friends and family. Nice big beds too.

Parking is Valet only. I used the city garage next door. Great location for Chase Field.

Hotel was full but only had 2 of the 3 elevators working. So it would take 7-10 minutes in the morning to get down. I asked for late check out and was quickly told no. I asked for housekeeping and they said it would be a light refresh. All they did was change out the towels, there was still toothpaste in the sink. Better options for similar price

Friendly staff. My bed was very comfortable and the AC was perfect. Front staff kind and helpful. IThere was nothing I didn't like.

Everything for our stay was excellent. The lone exception was a noisy refrigerator.

Great rooms with great amenities, pretty much a full kitchen should you want to cook. The free breakfast was just average. It’s perfect if you are going to anything at Mortgage Matchup.

Only complaint was I’d texted prior to arrival that we’d need linens for the sofabed and none were found. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get them. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel and we’d stay here again.
