Residence Inn Phoenix Downtown

Excellent staff service, the hotel was clean and very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast needs more options.

Nice hotel close to Mortgage Match Arena for concert

Just a great location. Awesome place!

Worst of all, the common areas such as hallways and areas by the elevator aren’t aired conditioned. It was 109 in Phoenix. The elevator took a good 5 minutes to arrive while you are sweating profusely while waiting for it. Finally, the surrounding areas have dozens of homeless people bothering guests. Silver lining, the view is pretty from the top floors.

Great stay. Walking distance to the Ball game. Nice breakfast, clean room, very comfortable place to stay. Will use again.

This is a well put together establishment. Amazing use of space.

Stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Close to supermarket if needed. Had an onsite mini Mart. Rooms were nice a big. Very quiet. Staff was helpful. Didn't get to try the breakfast or bar. Would stay here again

The view of downtown was nice

The only criticism I have was the bathroom door would not close. I reported it to the front desk. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice to have a full sized refrigerator and everything we could need in the kitchen. Breakfast was tasty. Location was perfect for our needs.

Everything is great except paying $45 per night to park when you have already paid for the room.

We came here to attend a concert at Matchup. The stay was fabulous—-great staff, great room, great breakfast and breakfast area in the morning. The hotel bar was also a really fun experience with friendly service and good food and drinks. 10/10!

Overall, I would recommend this place to other travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

satisfactory, the fruit was good, would have liked some pastries, hot cakes or waffles. I was quoted one price and paid another, a bot higher.

Very nice, convenient

how close it is to the mortgage matchup center

The stay was nice. We had trouble with the A/C in the first room but then they switched us to a different room with no problems

Location did not feel safe. The room was not cleaned properly. Morning staff was not friendly.
