The room was nothing like in the pictures I left requested a refund and it has been 5 days now no refund don't stay

room was large and the bed was decent at least the sheets were fresh. The floors were filthy, the whole room was in need of renovation and repairs. The place was filthy. The property is gross. liter and garbage everywhere the whole place needs to be power washed.

With all of this in mind, I have stayed in worse but when I did I paid a lot less. Had I paid $50 For this room, I would have thought, "I got what I paid for" but I paid $263.42 for 2 nights. This is what upsets me the most. Being totally ripped off!

It was horrible not clean chip crumbs under the bed kitchen refrigerator stains inside I found a bed bug in my bag it smelled like cigarettes and urine the tv didn’t work the WiFi didn’t work I disputed this with my bank and now I have 544 dollars wasted I won’t receive that money back at all

Kitchen but no cutlery or crockery or anything. Too many long stay residents, to many pets(poo everywhere)

Nothing No towels beat up broken down room

Cockroach in my sink in the morning. Untidy external environment - pile of rubbish near my door. Weak shower. No toilet paper.

Nothing at all When I arrived at the reception to check in, the two workers were on break and there were people waiting in front of me too and after their break ended they began to serve us with a very bad attitude. After they gave me the key, I went to the room. Outside the room was very dirty, clothes were thrown around, it smelled like urine, it looked like an abandoned place. Now I will show some photos of that place. It was a very bad experience. I didn't stay there even an hour. I asked to cancel and they didn't want to help me or give me my money back. I paid 364.00 and they didn't give me anything back.

I didn’t end up staying. It was really gross and smelly. I want my full refund It was pretty dirty, super stinky. My bed was not even made. I want full refund.

Staff Dirty, very outdated room and surroundings.

Staff was helpful The lights did not work in the room and in the room second room as well.

The staff was kind,the hotel was old and dirty. The room was in had no towels and smelled like a cigarette bar,stains on the walls and ceilings from nicotine.

Nothing the rooms were messy the tub was messy the curtains have holes and black stains. The cabinets had holes and they were screwed in and couldn’t open it Falls advertising the pictures were nothing like what gent show in the pictures it was messy smelled very bad and we reuested a non smoking the noice of the next door were excessive
