Everything was great. An adult only poool would have been nice

This property is great for larger families & you get access to the waterpark area at the JW Marriot (except weekends during the summer). Also there is not a shuttle between the 2 hotels, but we were able to valet at the JW Marriot for $12 a day with validation.

Did not like the hidden fees after check in, such as parking.

We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration. My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year. Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. Why is this upsetting- first, because it's new and I was unaware. Second, it's per vehicle, so that was a $300 expense that I didn't expect to pay along with all I planned to spend while I was there. I had to change rooms, the first was handicap and beeping. The second room, wasn't clean, I had to clean it myself. It didn't have towels, and by this time with a kid who just wants to swim I'm trying to hold it all together in 108° weather- I won't rate it lower than a three because the property is nice and the staff are always kind and friendly. But this was by far the worst experience I've had with this property.

Washer/dryer was great inside the room

Clean and beautiful room. The staff was helpful and friendly on the couple occasions I needed something. Wonderful location and had activities for the whole family.

This property was listed as a HOTEL which it is not. It is an aging condominium complex with no amenities when you arrive. No restaurant, no bar nothing except a pool bar that was closed from lunchtime onwards…so disappointing and somewhat tired 1989’ s decor…This is not a hotel and offers nothing in the way of necessary amenities for a business traveler…this is not clear on the Expedia site.

Nice staff and accomodations

We would not stay here again.

Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails and left voicemail to check on ADA room accommodation and heard nothing back. I had requested ADA at the time of booking on Expedia. I did not receive ADA room. Parking was $30/car, my cost of the room was exorbitant and parking should have been included. Little bugs and spiders were in the room. No clue where the ice-maker or other amenities were. Not much information and communication about property. We had an enjoyable stay nonetheless!

Great clean place to stay with lots of space.
-
Very nice resort Poolside is unkept. Had to wipe down our own tables and chairs every day and throw away previous garbage from other guests.

Clean rooms, ice and water stations conveniently located, great pools and hot tubs, access to JW Marriott Desert Ridge / Aquaridge, shopping nearby, outdoor games and events, pool bar & grill, weight room, so many things to love! I really can’t think of anything, such a great place.
