I liked the night manager The daytime personal.

It was convenient because of the location near the event we were going to There was a lot of construction that made it impossible to stay in the room to relax. There were so many homeless people roaming that we felt unsafe going outside the room. And we had a family emergency that caused us to leave a night early and no refund was even offered

Close to downtown phoenix. Bed did not have sheets. It was full of bugs. Lots of damage to the floor and bathroom. Bathroom Light switch was busted.

The check in guy was pleasant. Everything else about this place was awful Room smelled like meth, bedspread had pubes, everything was falling apart. There are no lights in the parking lot and sketchy individuals peeking around corners

convenient location, friendly staff. not very clean, towels had stains, beds are very uncomfortable & there was constant fighting throughout the night.

NOTHING AT ALL.. It was very bad not clean,bugs,the light's in the room would go off and on and thin I had to go to McDonald's to use the restroom because the toilet was not working properly at all.

Everything in walking distance. Very good location Nothing really. Everything was really great.

I liked the price and the staff seem friendly. We ended up leaving because it smelled and we didn't feel comfortable sleeping there due to how dirty it was.

I never received my refund the rooms was very filthy and nasty and the guy that works the morning is very rude and a liar

I got charged $103 online and then he made me pay cash there in person as well and told me I had to contactbooking.com to get a reimbursement and I just spoke with them and they told me to contact the hotel directly

Cool architecture Looked like a post apocalyptic nightmare. Office was closed when I arrived and nobody answered the bell or phone. I had to go to another hotel.
