I think Best Western is a moderate-budget hotel. So you get what you get with that tier. To be fair, it was under renovation. That wasn’t made aware to me before booking and I probably would have thought twice about it. Because of that, the gym wasn’t available and the halls/rooms were a reflection of that. Rooms were bare minimum, felt empty almost in a king room. They did accommodate a late checkout for us which I appreciated. Breakfast was decent, your typical free breakfast but that’s always appreciated.

Comfortable. Good breakfast. Clean over all. Cockroaches in parking lot Elevator had cleaning cart left unattended during rush check-out hours that impeded space.

There were bed bugs in this hotel. Absolutely disgusting health hazard. Man at the front desk did not care and would not refund me.

Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price.

Hotel was a dump. Lobby bathroom with water all over the floor and clogged toilet. Maintenance barged in our room with no notice and viewed us changing.
