EXCELLENT breakfast and coffee! Clean, fresh rooms. Lots of outlets, including USB ports! That’s a huge plus! Friendly, helpful staff. Possibly something going on with the AC, because the halls were muggy. I wish there were a smaller nightlight for the bathroom at night (but that goes for all hotels…why do they not think of that?) and an overhead light in the room to see in your luggage better (but again this is the case with most hotels…again why don’t they think we need that?). My husband enjoyed the pool. It’s nice and is guarded from the road. We were there for a wedding, and it was the perfect location between the venue and Greenville. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to be in the surrounding area.

There was no hot breakfast as advertised. All hot breakfast stations were closed/empty. Minimal cold breakfast items available. No explanation or pre warning from staff at check-in and no signage to explain and no apologies for the missing service. The hotel price was high so expected better service.

Good size room. Plenty of closet d space. King bed. Big HDTV. Small dorm size fridge. Big bathroom. Plenty of lighting. Shower only. Great water pressure but for slippery when it got soap on it. Need some bath or non slip stickers. Friendly front desk staff. Continental breakfast free.

Other than this, it was a great place and would likely stay again.

I didn’t like that the fact my card was charged multiple times. They charged me an extra 100 dollar fee. Then another 110 dollar fee and I still haven’t been refunded

The room and the hotel were clean. The staff was nice. The hotel card key system was down for over 12 hours. We were able to a key to the room the next day. The breakfast buffet could use some better food selections.

The room and the breakfast area was clean. The location was good. Nice front desk staff. The card key system was down when we checked in. We could not receive a key until the next day. When it was time to check out the front desk clerk disappeared and never came back. A hotel employee peered out of a locked door behind the desk. She said nothing to the couple in front of me or to me, some employees need customer service training. I had to wait over 5 minutes before someone came to do check outs.
