The overall property was reasonably maintained. The room had issues with cleanliness. The housekeeping situation was nonexistent. You had to go to the front desk for everything to include toilet paper, waste paper basket, liners, towel, towels. The breakfast situation was pretty good however they were not stocked well at times no milk for the cereal without asking no butter without asking pancake machine needed to be refilled.

Lovely hotel. My room had a little odor from previous customers but not bad. It is a clean hotel.

Bathroom on check-in was not clean. We checked in late and basically went straight to bed. One elevator wasn’t working but allegedly had only been down for a week. The tub hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was pretty good. We paid double to get a clean hotel over a crappy place, not sure if it was worth it.

Room simply wasn't clean. Not vacuumed, not mopped, dirty shower, assume the toilet was clean, food on the mirror.. really.. staff NEVER made up the room in the 5 days we were there.. breakfast was ok for the 1 day we had it.. not fresh, but ok.. air conditioning was a bit crazy.. had to set it very cold to get it to keep the room habitable.. disappointing overall.. could have used a spare pillow as well.. but not worth the ask.. not likely to stay there again..

Only here one night for the Morgan Wallen concert but it was a great stay and a nice, clean room!
