Expedia didn’t transfer my payment to the hotel. I am still working with the hotel to resolve the billing issues Staff 5 Stars. they were helpful Property 3 Stars. Clean but worn. Expedia ZERO STARS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. INDIA BOILER ROOM OPERATION. NO HELP AT ALL. RESOLUTION PENDING. NEVER USING EXPEDIA IN THE FUTURE.

That said, little things are starting to need maintenance. As an example the faucet handle in the sink was completely loose and clearly had been dangling for a while. Also the water Orson the 3rd floor was extremely low, both things the cleaning staff should have observed and management addressed. Not insurmountable problems, but just irritating and not up to the Comfort Inn standard

Actually I booked the room i went got the key and I never got to go back I feel as if I should get a total refund. They wasn't booked up or anything .

In my room several outlets didnt work, a plastic bag was wrapped around the smoke detector on the ceiling, poor water pressure and the shower was small and dated. Honestly, not what I expected for the price I paid. The pics online seem to be misleading. Severely disappointed. Staff was nice tho.

The hotel & staff were great. Parking was tight but mainly because the hotel was full during our stay.

It was very clean. Staff was friendly but breakfast doors were closed at 920 even though people were still eating in the dining room. Breakfast till 930

Some noise in the building at 6 and 7 am that sounded like tornado sirens were working but other than that nice hotel

We usually visit SC a couple of times a year and we stay here. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good, grandkids enjoy the pool, and staff members are always polite & helpful.

Couldn’t even wash up in sink Bathtub water wouldn’t drain un less you stayed there holding the drain open. It was terrible.

Had no air conditioning in my room / everytime we went down / no clerk was available to help / room was over 75 degrees- garbage was overflowing everywhere outside - had massive amount of raccoons outside!
