The water in the outdoor pool was filthy with a very strong smell of feces. When we alerted the staff, they couldn’t have cared less.

We loved our room. It had 2 beds downstairs and a winding staircase and it had a bed upstairs and another bathroom. We absolutely loved it.

This is our 2nd time staying here and it was amazing! We had a room with a walk in shower and tons of space. The staff was so very kind and helpful. The breakfast is great. We love the location. There’s 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. We will be back!

The hotel is old. The bathrooms need updated. However, if you are just there to sleep it serves its purpose. The AC worked, TV had plenty of stations, No view of mountains but location was close to everything Pigeon Forge.

My granddaughter and I always stay here. She loves that it has three pools. I love that,I’ve always felt safe there. Everything is always clean and it’s always quiet and It feels family oriented..

Had a very nice stay. The room was immaculate as well as the grounds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We have stayed there for a few years now when we come and visit.. It’s always clean,and very quiet.. We love that it has three pools.

I tried to go to breakfast on the morning of July 2, 2026 and a staff member saw me walking up to the door at 9:59 am and came over and locked the door just as I tried to open it. I thought that was very rude. I understand the breakfast stopped at 10 am. A simple sorry we’re closed would have been nice but to just look at me and lock the door was very rude, in my opinion. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

I had a great nights rest and the pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast waa ok not to many selections but coffee was good. Would stay again.
