The wifi never worked for us.

The entire place was dirty especially the bathrooms. The pool was overly chlorinated and made my daughters skin burn.

Very affordable Outdoor pool was closed and no breakfast. Rooms are pretty run down with a musky odor.

Its location to Dollywood and price. Smelled like bug spray, stained bedspread, rickety elevator with note saying it might break down if you push the buttons too hard. Desk clerk talked for 5 minutes on the phone in the middle of our checkin to someone about fixing something. Told us there was a alge/bacteria problem with the pool. No hot water just luke warm. No ventilation in the bathroom but the coffee pot was in the bathroom.

Cleanliness of the pools. Outside pool was green.

The pictures that y’all advertise are not really what they look like when you walk in them We could not even go swimming because the pool was so green. They have not cleaned both of their pools in a long time when we walked into our room it smelled like trash so bad that we had to go get air fresheners to freshen the room up and still couldn’t get rid of the smell. It doesn’t even look like they washed their bedding. It just looks like they remake the bed up. they don’t even clean the rooms at all. It was a horrible stay and I will not be coming back for $225 for one night and couldn’t use anything because their facility is unclean.

Loved the location and the comfort of the rooms.. the pool was nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast and the indoor pool looked a bit gross.

Nothing Pool was filthy. Room had mold. No towels when we checked in. Staff is nowhere to be found. The place needs a serious deep clean and remodel.

The indoor slide was the only thing good about this hotel. The indoor pool was cleaner than the outdoor one. The outdoor pool was green and not clean. The indoor pool was not clean it was clearer than the outdoor pool. The bed comforter had a blood stain on the comforter. The staff tried say it was a bleach stain, when I tried to ask for another blanket. We didn’t have enough towels or wash clothes in the room for 4 people.

There was cockroaches in the room. The smoke detectors were off the wall. The room was completely nasty
