The kids absolutely enjoyed both pools but I feel like they could be maintained much better. There was a broken step on the ladder that could've seriously injured someone. Just simply remove it to avoid injury. The rest of the property was just dated but pretty clean.

Very run down! Very disappointed! When we got there we were sent to a room that people had been put in and had decided to leave because they thought it was bad! They had not even got out of the room and we were given that room meaning we being put in a room that people had sit on the beds, used the pillows and bathroom and the room was not even going to be cleaned before we entered! If the people had got gone before we got to the room we would have never known! That is so unprofessional!

3.5/5 Stars Pros: The location is excellent, with ample parking and easy access to nearby attractions. One unexpected bonus was being able to watch the Dollywood fireworks from the property. It’s a great option for a quick getaway if you don’t need all the amenities and services of a full-service hotel. The outdoor slide was fun for the kids, and the overall aesthetic of the property has a lot of charm. Cons: Unfortunately, this property has a lot of untapped potential. The pillows were very flat, and the mattress was firmer than I prefer. While the room itself was clean, it was very basic and could benefit from additional storage space. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. It is in desperate need of updates and better maintenance. The outdoor pool water was murky for most of our stay and wasn’t properly serviced until our last day. There was also noticeable mildew on the stairs leading into the indoor pool, which gave the area an unclean appearance. The property’s exterior also needs attention, as it looks worn in several areas. They advertise free Wi-Fi, but it never worked during our stay, which forced to use a significant amount of mobile data and our hotspot so our children could use their devices. The clientele seemed a little sketchy at times, but to be fair, we never felt unsafe during our stay. this property is in a prime location and a hidden gem

The room was small, dark, and sparse. No desk, lounge chair, or luggage racks. Wallpaper was peeling and floor trimming off the wall. Metal fixtures were rusted and cabinetry repairs were shoddy. When entering the room, a bandage was found on the bed. They immediately replaced all the bedding. The external log accents were rotting as well as external wood doors. The pools were descent but the railings were bent or loose. Unsafe. The waterslides are dated and can injure. The drywall was coming off the walls in the indoor pool area. The parking lot was littered. Basically, a bit of a dump and Expedia should not present it as more than it is. The property has real potential if it had an owner who would repair and maintain it.

My kids loved the pools The pool area was not clean. Kids were allowed to run wild and jump from the waterfall that said no jumping. I just thought it could for sure been cleaner.

The pools was good. I had a condo rented and when we got there they didnt let me know till 2 that they was separating our rooms out. The condo stunk was in bad shape toliet did not flush.

Good location, clean room, kids loved the slide. Pools were very cloudy. Toilet in our room leaked a little. No early hours access to lobby for cream, sugar, or ice because they’re short staffed right now.

Very old building, definitely needs to be repaired in a lot of places. Didn’t like that the queen suite had an open door to the utility room that the staff could use anytime. Definitely could be cleaner. But for the most part, it was OK. We would stay there again if needed. The poor could have been warmer. They say it has a pool heater, but it definitely either doesn’t or the pool heater doesn’t Work a lot of rust in the inside pool do to repair repairs majorly being needed the hotel room itself could have definitely been a lot cleaner

The location is nice. This is old. But you can make older hotels nice. This one smells so bad! Is very musty! Very dirty.

I wish I would have spent the extra $20 a night and go somewhere else. Pictures make it seem a whole lot nicer than it is.

We enjoyed our stay but the first room we went in to there was hair all in the shower and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I pulled back the covers and sheets on the bed and the bottom of one bed looked like it had dirt in it. Went to the front desk and asked for it to be cleaned and receptionist had a tulle bit of an attitude about it. But they gave us another room. And it was very clean! The pools and the slides was the best part!

Nothing It has bedbugs and the toilet wouldn’t flush.
