Nice older hotel with decent renovations on the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Priced reasonable for what it has to offer. Walkable distance to many shops and dining. Nice outdoor pool and hotub.

The stay was clean and the check in process was seamless with pleasant workers throughout. Our room was easily accessed and exceeded our expectation. The outdoor pool area was clean and the provided towels were helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had alot of options. We frequent the area and will definitely book again.

I’ve stayed at this property since it was known as the McAfee Inn. The same high standards from then are still in place. Room was clean upon arrival, the grounds were well maintained, pool area was clean and water was clear. Just an overall clean property. Staff was helpful. I saw workers cleaning and maintaining pool of a morning and touching up paint as needed. Nice to see. Complimentary breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Plenty of parking, well lit. Property is close enough to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The room was dirty on the outside and inside. Uncomfortable bed. Old pillows. Ice machine not working. Check out experience requested a copy of my receipt, but they didn't have an envelope. Great location if you are willing to sacrifice cleaness and good service.

Nothing

A few cons: pool chairs are out of date and need more loungers and more tables with umbrella..Enforce the guest only policy for the pool. One ice machine down all week and the other 2 couldn’t keep up with demand. Breakfast was decent and when they say closes at 10 they mean it, no matter if your still eating or walking to get food, door closed at 10

I enjoyed the stay. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The staff was great !!! Very attentive to our needs and made sure we had clean towels and the trash was emptied daily.

Breakfast looked great. Taste wise was alright. Waffles was delicious. The ice machines barely worked. It was 100 degrees so it probably was just always running out.

Everything Nothing
-
Distance from Dollywood Smell in the office as you first check in. The heater/fan in the bathroom was too hot sometimes. Bedsheets are cold.

will stay again

Breadfast was ok

Newly renovated ! Bed slept like you were sleeping on plywood! Very uncomfortable. Had to go up to 3 sets of stairs to get to room. Air unit had sofa close to it which blocked airflow.
-
Bathroom without ventilation.
