Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast. We lost power on our last night. Really bad storm. The key cards were terrible. We had to go to the office multiple times a day to have them reactivated.

The location was great for everything we did. And we loved the balcony. The breakfast being the same thing every morning. It needs to be changed.

We loved this place being our first time in Tennessee and more to come !!!!! We love how it was all secured and had to have a key card to even enter any sort of the building other then the office Everything was good other then the elevator would take ages

The doors were loud when closing. Someone kept going in and out being loud. Had to call front desk about it.

There weren't any towel racks at all. Breakfast was lovely, but you had to go through a maze of hallways to get to it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It has a really nice "mountain view" for some of the rooms (you can select this). The breakfast set-up is better than most other hotels. The balconies are nice. It is in a good location for the area. The hotel is starting to show some age and some minor maintenance issues (loose molding). The shower was nice and strong. I would stay here again.

I ordered smoking room with hot tub and didn't get either one and I ask for a refund and was told no I couldn't get one. That i couldn't have a hot tube or move rooms
