Great location and breakfast included!
-
The room we received was nothing like the rooms that were pictured. In some of the rooms there is a picture of an older room and that is what we received.
-
Pool, hot tub, breakfast!! All were wonderful. The sink in our bathroom and kitchen area did not want to drain.. . Hopefully they will get that fixed.
-
Second time we stayed at this location. We will come again!

The room was very clean and spacious. The balcony was an added bonus. The breakfast was good and better than a lot of places we have stayed. The pillows were a little small. Would have been nice to have regular size pillows.

Location Layout of the hotel was horrible go in one door couldn't get to your room unless you go through different doors hotel wasnt connected , never had breakfast there because of the maze you had to go through. Parking was ok but had to park away from the door you needed to go through to get ro your room.. Bathrooms were needing fixed broken toilet and broken tiles from floor to ceiling.

Clean There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
-
Very clean, good breakfast, close to everything Can't complain about anything

Parking was convenient to my room. The bathtub was really stained. The room smelled old and stale. Key card barely worked on the outer door. I had to re-insert multiple times. One card quit working altogether on the outer door and room door. The walk to the breakfast area was a bit much. My husband is handicapped therefore we didn’t use facility for breakfast.

Everything

Close to a lot of things Air did not work well. Pillows are not comfortable

The hotel staff working the front desk was kind, funny, informative and pleasant. Those ladies deserve a raise. The young man working the desk late night and early morning was polite and kind but nervous and needed some confidence. . The breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool was clean and refreshing

Great location, clean and comfortable Breakfast game was a little weak.
-
Staff did their jobs. We had the DND sign on the whole time so there wasn't much to do. But we know they tried twice to do room service. Breakfast was good. Parking was good.
-
It was close to shopping and fun activities Very beautiful view of mountains

The beds where comfortable the room was spacious. They wouldnt compensate as for the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and the worker having no idea how to shut it off. The pool was not heated. The "breakfast buffet" was very poor it has sausage, hard biscuits, water gravy and eggs definitely not a buffet becausw its thrown in pans.

It was conviant to everything. The pool and hot tub was great. The breakfast wonderful. We had a fire alarm at 1:00 a.m. on our first night because someone was smoking in there room. So that was not a restful night.

Only problem we had was Fire Alarm went off at around 1:40am. I was not happy with that. Another problem as being hearing impaired there were not strobe in the room to help wake me up. Luckily I had a friend shared the room with me. She woke me up and was surprised as how loud the alarm was I did not hear it. Need to do something about the fire safety for deaf people is my concern. Other than that the stay was really nice. I am impressed how clean the hotel is. Thank you for letting us stay. When Fire Alarm went off at around 1:40 am

We loved balcony and being able to park close to your room The beds were super hard very uncomfortable...when house keeping came to clean room they took the dirty towels and only gave one back instead of giving 4 like they originally had for all of us to take showers.
