Good location the staff was wonderful the only complaint I have is Me and My Wife had brought our Granddaughter and not to long after we got there other tenants was or had been smoking weed. When I go on a simple little vacation. The place I stay at I would think it would be family friendly and not allow that.

For an older lodge it was very well presented. Newer bath/ shower area was nice.

Rooms dated but beds and furniture clean and fine for intended purpose. Didn’t put room air conditioning on as it made a racket and had mould whiffs. Bathroom smelled of mould but couldn’t see any physical mould so presumed the smell came from air conditioning unit in bathroom that you could switch off if not using shower. Whether air conditioning was off or on the bathroom mould smell remained so we kept that door closed. Room fridge was a good size, clean and kept food cold like a proper under counter fridge but was noisey. Curtains kept out light to sleep which is a bonus. Could hear traffic especially loud trikes that woke us up in the morning but at least we had a balcony as rooms at back car park only certain rooms have private sit out balconies. Out balcony at front if hotel was shared by the room next to us and thankfully no one next to us used it. It could have been a nightmare if had party people next to us. Below us loud laughing, talking people sat in on there balcony playing music, vaping until 1 am when my husband called reception to ask them if they could tell the people below to be quieter so our child could sleep. I never knew my husband had called reception and as I went to get something from our car I stopped by reception to say. The guy on reception was rude and cheeky saying my husband just called to say and he going out to shout up at the loud people on balcony and he did just as I was walking out reception so the people knew it wasme. No amenities

Overall, these are small details that would make a big difference in the cleanliness and presentation of the room. We will definitely stay again as my son loved the indoor and outdoor pool and the breakfast each morning, even though it was the same thing each morning.

Hopefully we'll see you again next year!!

Having a free breakfast was nice. It would have been fantastic to have eggs and sausage the same day. Not just one or the the other.

The lodge was a great place to stay. The room was clean the AC and Shower were awesome. The breakfast was Eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal. Drinks were Milk, OJ, Apple Juice and coffee. The only issues we had was we had to ask for towels, and coffee for the room after the first night. The lady apologized and siad she would take of it, and we did not have to ask again. She said she would make sure we had fresh towels each day and she did what she said. We were on the back in room #229. It did not have a view except for brick wall and the trash dumpster was very close to our room. The front facing rooms had a balcony. So next time we will ask for city view. The pools were awesome. Overall a great place to stay.

Great stay, clean place, loved the indoor pool.

Rooms were spotless and super roomy! We will definitely stay here again! This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in here in pigeon forge!

It’s an older hotel so knowing that, it was pretty clean. Could use some upgrading for sure. The staff at the front desk was great. Breakfast was good. Just disappointed in all the smoking around the area. There is a cute fire pit, but everyone there was smoking. Everyone was smoking on the balconies. May not be a problem for others, but not being a smoker, it was disappointing. The pool area is decent, but gets shaded early in the afternoon. And it is very small. We did not use the indoor pool.

Location and front desk staff were very nice. It wasn’t clean at all and it needed upgrades to the rooms. Walls needed painted, room door was hard to shut, balcony chair didn’t match.. trash was piled up beside the dumpster plus lots of old chairs and such piled up beside it. Breakfast was disgusting. The gravy was thick and sticky like. None of us ate any of it.

The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable The elevator smelled but it work properly

Although traffic was rough at times walking would have been an option.

Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The room wasn't very clean..

Location is perfect!!!!!!! Room wasn't very clean, air conditioner made a rattling noise which was very irritating, ice machine was out of order, the bathroom exhaust fan made a loud noise so we didn't use it, it made the bathroom very steamy, the blankets on the bed were ripped, the toilet seat was broken, and the elevator had the most horrible smell.

I was greeted by a friendly staff at check-in. The location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable.
