The pictures on here do not look like the property. The nice pool pictured is attached to the red building next door. There was a man standing next to our room & didnt feel safe. The room was not in a red building as pictured but a room that smelled like they washed top to bottom with bleach to the point our throats was burning & coughing. Hair also on the bed. The office staff was nice but decided after the bleach smell was there all day we needed to cut trip short & leave the same day.

Amazing place to say with the family! The two lady’s in the front office were super friendly, helpful & happy to help!

I just booked the hotel for the price. I didn't expect a pool etc. But the breakfast was amazing!

Elevators stunk bad! You have to pay .25 for ice out of the ice machines.. not enough chairs by outside pool. Breakfast was the best we have seen in long while. Our balcony had an empty cup with cigarette butts in it and our room smelled of nasty cigarettes and body odor. Plus is it’s in the heart of the shopping centers and close to a gas station

Good property a per this budget

It was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located.

The location of the stay was perfect and in the center of everything that we wanted to see. We didn’t have to rush out early mornings due to the lodge having a great breakfast selection which worked out perfect! The rooms were clean and nice and the pool was awesome. We had a great time. We didn’t like the fact that check in was at 4PM and out was 11Am however the hotel did accommodate us with an early check in and a late check out. So it still worked out perfect. They really do their best to help with whatever you need.

We stayed on the new addition side. The beds was very comfortable but I felt like the room could have been cleaner . You could tell it has not had a good wipe down in a while . Dust on doors and old dirt. Shower had some kind of slimy stuff in it. And I had to clean the air conditioner vents out cause they were so dirty. I was not about to breath all that in.

Good value, and the room was really nice and large! Excellent location to all kinds of different places and activities around the Pigeon Forge area. Ms. Annette at the front desk was so kind and helpful, with a personal issue that I had during my stay. My fiancee and I will definitely be staying there on our next vacation. The only complaint I would have, is that the bathtub jets didn't work in the Jacuzzi bathtub, according to my fiancee. At least, he didn't see a button or anything to make the jets work in the Jacuzzi bathtub.

Good location right in the middle of almost everything. Staff was very nice and checked everyday if you needed fresh towels and toiletries.

Love the fire pit. The indoor pool and hot tub is great. The staff is so friendly. Tim and Mandy are so helpful and friendly. Love coming to this hotel.

Got to watch fireworks from Dollywood from our balcony That you had to pay for ice and the water was nasty

Staff is always friendly. Pool was great. Right across road from the Old Mill restaurant and plenty of things for kids to do right down the road. 3rd time at the lodge. And will continue to stay for when we visit Pigeon Forge.

The room was clean and stocked. The door handle on the joining room was broken, the bathroom had holes in the drywall, loose toilet seat, trash can was broken with sharp edges, the dining table was too small, our room was in the front of the building so we heard the traffic noise all day and way until the night, the elevators worked fine but smelled terrible we had to hold our breath until we got some Febreze on the walls and floors. It helped some but it didn’t last long enough, the is the first place I have ever stayed at that charged you for ice, and the breakfast was ok but it was the same thing every day. The pools were good and the hot tub, outside fire pit was perfect nice rocking chairs, the fireplace in the room was excellent. Our parking garage was very nice and out of the weather. The staff didn’t really acted like they gave a crap about us anytime I had interaction with them it’s like I wasn’t even there talking to them. If I had known that this is the way it was going to be, I would’ve never stayed there. Now some of the people that was staying there were nice. I guess the best thing about the entire stay is it was in the middle of town.

This place was like staying at a relative's house and I mean that in the best possible way! It was clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was good but could use a little more variety. The fire pit and chairs was a unique feature and nice after a long day of travel.
