Our room was nice and clean. The parking lot was dirty. That's because no one knows how to pick up the trash. It wasn't the staff at all.

The room itself was very clean and updated. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very simple and basic. Overall, great place to stay.

Bed was comfortable and the water was very hot! Towels were soft.

Stay over all was great. Walking sdisrance to alot of attractions. Easy to get in and out. My only complaint was the room had a strange smell to it at first. But room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

The only thing was it was supposed to be non smoking but people sat on the balcony daily and smoked non stop

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. After we flagged this to the front desk, they came back to the room only to say they didn’t smell it. The sprayed a few pumps of vinegar on the wall and called it good. Bathroom was where the smell

Location was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfy, and the room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Price was great. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Located in a great place the pool was small but super cute every day ducks swam in the water and we had to clean it out before we got in, but it was kind of cute sitting on the patio in the morning, drinking coffee and watching the ducks swim

I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times I’m always pleased with how clean it is. The staff at the front desk are always nice and accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to anyone and as much as I travel to Tennessee I’ll definitely stay there again.
