It started in the lobby. It looked like it hadn't been dusted in years, food visibly called on the furniture. Stained ceiling tiles. We went to the room, pulled back the sheets and they were clearly not clean. Visible hair and dirt, gross stains as well. We went to the desk to complain and we were handed two bundles of bedding to remake them ourselves. We couldn't even fathom using the pillows or blankets! The tub was backed up and the toilet was gross with stains. We didn't stick around for for the complementary breakfast. The floors were dirty in the room and the fixtures and furniture were thick with dust and grim.

The room, pool and hot tub were clean. The bar is only open Thursday through Sunday. The continental breakfast was decent. Parking lot is well lit and I felt very safe I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was that the internet connection was terrible. Our cell service was fine on the strip but terrible at the hotel.

People had dogs in rooms on the 5th floor and they would bark at anytime.

This place is not only beautiful inside and out but exceptionally clean, the staff was beyond friendly, very helpful and made me and my family feel very welcomed!! The location is perfect too
