Location was great. Right in the middle of everything The guest who had no care about people who were trying to sleep. Every night and morning guests would allow their children to run, scream, and race down the hallway as if they were the only ones in the hotel. Along with that, the TV didn’t work. It would not go on live tv and wouldn’t connect to the internet to allow us to stream anything that was advertised on the tv

Parking It was very dirty in the pool/hot tub area. We expected it to be a little busy with kids and movie. But the popcorn was all over the floor (soggy and disgusting) and a weird film on the top of the pool so we don’t even use it. Kids jumping in and out of the hot tub and splashing to the point we got out. Then a drunk woman acting a-fool when we were trying to relax by the fire pit. I requested a day early checkout and I’m still waiting for my refund. We found a resort 3 hours away to finish the rest of our vacation. Unfortunately, we met another couple that also felt the same way. And they flew in from Idaho.

Check in with Steven was great! We loved the breakfast! Peggy invites you in and makes you feel so welcome. Very clean dining area! Breakfast includes: assorted fresh fruits, yogurt, granola, already made delicious grits and oatmeal, sausage, cottage potatoes, scrambled eggs, biscuits/gravy, toast, bagels and waffles. Beds were so comfy. No noice from your neighbors. Movie night at 8. Popcorn from the nostalgic popcorn maker, 24 hr pool, fire pit and well equipped gym. Lemon water, coffee, teas and hot chocolate 24 hrs. Pet fees are too pricey! When the pets cost more than people that’s a negative. $25 a night per pet is realistic not $40. Both washing machines didn’t work and there’s only 2.

The breakfast is always good! Lobby is very clean and organized! The pool area smelled of Lysol cleaner with is not constintant with pool areas

Nothing except the location Everything! The staff was rude, they made excuses for everything and we wasn't able to stay any of the nights we had reserved!! We open the door to our room and a huge ROACH was in the floor! Once we started into the room it took off under the bed but we did get a picture of it! Staff was horrible about the situation and acted like we done something wrong! This place needs closed up and definitely needs new employees!!

At 1st glance the hotel is nice and well kept the Staff at the desk is very kind and professional The room was filthy with Hair, pet hair, dust, Q tips behind the bed. Dust all over the vents and thermostat. Now after Brought to attention of front desk they did right it for my room. But the room they offered was exactly the same and im not a critical person. They did go clean it before my return. But I would challenge them to clean all the rooms to this degree they need it. Then it would be a 10. Continental Breakfast was great

Clean room, nice staff, breakfast was good and they made free popcorn every night which my son loved also very close to everything Dollywood and dinner shows - would stay there again
