It was a very nice hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were also very nice and clean. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good.

The Ramsey has a great location. It is back off the main highway but you still are able to walk to most stores and attractions on the main road.

The staff was absolutely amazing, helpful, and friendly. The pool was also great the kids loved it. First the cleanliness we were on the fifth floor and there were signs saying there was work being done but when we got ibto the room I noticed it was fairly clean except there was female hair on the wall of our shower it wasn't a huge deal but it was a bit off putting having to clean someone's hair off the shower wall. Next the room was extremely hot. We even turned the air all the way to the lowest setting and went and got food and road in town came back to it still being extremely hot. Not sure why it was not effective the air was blowing but beyond two feet of the unit it was blistering hot. Maintenance came to the room said it was ridiculously hot themselves the two kids already laying down we didnt want to pack then up to try to find a new room at 11 pm. He brought us a box fan and it helped cool the room but still remained hot till about 3 am. It was a very uncomfortable night for us but the staff attempted to help and I applaud that.

I wish the tv worked better. I couldn't watch the local and the guide was very hard to go it. They didn't get the channels I normally watch. It rained pretty hard and it would have been nice to be able to watch racing

What I did not like was the temperature of the refrigerator in my room. It froze all my food that I put in there, The cans of soda I put in the refrigerator burst due to freezing. the salad was frozen that I purchased from Walmart. The room did not have black out curtains so I could sleep restfully due to the long drive home the next day.

Close to all attractions, friendly staff and great amenities including ice chest in lobby that you can fill up your coolers.

I honestly just love the way it was clean and the staff was friendly. The food for breakfast was amazing. It was really good. Peggy that works there in the buffet area. She was the sweetest could be. The second day I was there I had to go to the front desk because they needed to see me. They didn't say anything about me having my motorcycle trailer on and I couldn't leave my trailer hooked to my vehicle so I had to drop it and then I got charged almost $90 just for having a place to park in my trailer and there was nobody around that couldn't get parked

The room was clean, staff were pleasant. Breakfast had a good variety of food, though I noticed that once the fruits ran out, they did not restock them. The pool was open 24 hours, which was a huge bonus for my teenager. I didn't like that the AC shut off if you were not in the room; this made it kind of uncomfortable upon reentering the room after a long, hot day. Luckily, the room was small and cooled off easily.

Love the hot tub. Fire pit was great. I was put on 5th floor when I asked for ground floor room.

Location and Customer Service Smell and my sheets had to be changed.

The location was nice. The hotel is dirty. The trash cans in the hallways were overflowing. The elevator was dirty. There was mold in the shower. The hallways are poorly lit, probably to hide more dirt. It seems very outdated, and under kept.

Location The toilet seat was to low too the floor and no flush power and the pillows were to soft couldn’t get comfortable

Location The web site shows amazing pictures But it’s not like that at all the pool was cold moss like mildew growing on wall our shower door was broken pop corn by pool area would be good if not stale just not what I expected for price and 40 aday for my 9 pound Yorkie that’s crazy
