This was our 1st stay here and we definitely will stay here again. Everything was clean, bed comfy, very hot water, we enjoyed the pool every afternoon and a very friendly staff. Thank you

Clean and quiet

When I got there only 1 room with 2 quees. I had to get 2 more rooms to accommodate my family..

The cleaning staff did a great job on our room. Downstairs staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Hotel is very nice and our balcony view of the river was a nice touch.

The restaurant inhouse offered very delicious food offerings at reasonable prices. My children absolutely loved the swimming pool. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was tremendous!! The windows throughout the facility were very dirty. That is my only complaint.

Overall loved the hotel. Staff was nice. Check in was easy. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Pool area and patio were nice, pool area just needs more seating. Only negatives were the refrigerator did not work and the bathroom doesn’t have a vent.

We were only there for a two nights day, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Good location close to everything. Breakfast was OK. Only thing I’m not able to walk long distances next time. I will make sure I’m close to the elevator.

Everything was great

Property was nice and mostly clean. We had some broken TV stand doors in our room and there was plasticware left inbetween the wall and one of the beds. Our suite was spacious enough for 7 people and the double bathroom was very helpful with 5 kids. Housekeeping made the beds and refilled towels while we were out. Air conditioning worked very well; each room had its own thermostat. This place is very close to a lot of attractions and we could walk to many places. The Riverwalk Greenway behind the hotel is very useful to get to The Island and is only a short 20 minute walk. Take the free trolley halfway back from there..it will be needed after so much walking! The pool isn't too big, but it was big enough for little kids. Shallow end is 2ft with the deepest being 4ft. Towels and loungers are provided outside as well. The fitness center has many options for workouts if choosing to do that. Overall our stay was quiet and pleasant.

Very clean and well run Phone reception was poor. Free internet but if you wanted to stream from WiFi you need to upgrade the internet service which was costly. Also breakfast wasn’t provided and was expensive for the buffet
