We did request to clean room on first day but noone clean the room then we need to request 2nd time and they sent person to clean. Manager is not supporting good way but supporting staff was really nice. Breakfast was good and kitchen staff was excellent and very supportive. Location is nice.

The room was clean, but you can tell the hotel is dated. The black out curtains didn't cover the entire window and cosmetically the hotel needs some work.

Just a quick stay before checking into condos. Reasonable priced, not fancy

Staff was nice. The room wasn’t the cleanest, the shower was still dirty and there was hair on the bed sheets.

Location, bed was comfortable Carpet at door had a long strip not cut off. Curtains had no pull. The remote was very difficult to use. Tried to pay bill late Sunday night, gentleman didn't understand english very good, couldn't do it. Went back next morn, same man, more or less come back at 7 was the understanding. So I went to room, wrote a note that I was leaving before 6 and left note at the front desk stating I would call later on Monday to pay my bill. That didn't work, got transferred 3 times when I called Clarion. I called the hotel with 3 different numbers, not one was answered. I contacted you guys by email on Monday about the situation and still haven't heard from anyone. I just want to pay my bill for 3 nights stay.

Moderately priced. Friendly staff, clean room, close to several attractions, conference center, and restaurants within walking distance. Great free breakfast and wifi. Will stay again next year!

No one at the desk when we checked out at 6:00 am. Waited in the lobby for 20 min but no one came out to check us out.

We got in really late and the staff was there and very helpful. Got to the room it was pretty clean and suitable for our weekend stay. The only red flag was the shower was a little dirty. But other than that I liked the place. Great location food next door and tons of attractions and only minutes form gatlinburg.

Staff was pleasant, room was clean, breakfast was great. The only thing that was upsetting was there were several dead birds in the front parking lot.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and still in the shower the day we arrived. It was never cleaned up during our stay either. The exterior seemed to be run down as the breakfast room and elevator areas.

It was right on the strip which was convenient It wasn’t very clean there were stains on the pillows and parts of the sheet and the staff kept disappearing
