Clarion Inn & Suites near the Leconte Center Pigeon Forge

Nothing at all Everything. Dirty shower in both rooms. Had to kill a bug the moment we walked in. Lobby smelled like dog pee. Rooms are dark and gloomy. Dirty walls. Looks nothing like the pictures. You go into your room from outside. People are hanging out on the balcony like it’s their home. It’s in the same parking lot literally steps away from a bar type restaurant tried to peacefully get a refund and the lady at the desk said she had nothing to do with with refunds even though I told her booking said the hotel would have to be the one to cancel. It gives people live there… not kid friendly

Affordable, hot breakfast provided. The insides of the rooms look fresh, updated and clean, and the mattresses feel new and comfortable. Some consistent minor maintenance issues-towel hooks falling off, door chain broken, soap pumps in the shower falling apart, shower door came off track, toilet stopped up. Staff is not always readily available in lobby for questions/concerns (though helpful when you can find someone)! No major issues-some updates do have a budget “DIY” remodel feel-with components that are not particularly durable (likely why the prices are so affordable-they have to cut costs somewhere)! Also, a lot of visible rust along white, painted exterior, leaky overhangs, poor water diversion along walkways in the rain.

Breakfast was great . Clean, plenty of space and seating. Great selection of food. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are clean and great nightly price for the hotel. The outside is outdated and we were on the front side nearest the go cart track on 4th floor which can be loud. But we just left fan on the AC and could barely hear it. Had issues with TV but got a new remote which fixed the issue. Location was the best. Would stay here again because of location, cleanliness of room, and price.

Was not quite what I expected from the pictures on booking. Staff was friendly at check in. Building was a little older and needed some updates, but room was comfortable for an over night stay. Breakfast was enough rooms and outside of hotel could use a little updating, our room door did not have an extra latch/lock other than door lock,

This probably would have been four stars but there was one big issue. The garbage company came to empty the dumpsters anywhere from 4:15 AM to 6:30. It woke us up every morning. I’m not sure why they allow this. The breakfast was not great. Everything else was good.
