Very nice hotel overall. Great spot for walking the trail to the Island and to the Old Mill. Would recommend if you’re looking for a non strip hotel in pigeon forge, but with the convenience of the being walkable to the strip.

The bed was comfortable You need a rail to help getting into the pool, not including the one at the steps We never saw the way to the path by the river The shower floor was slippery

We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and clean. Everything looked new. Breakfast was also great with variety of hot and cold dishes.

Overall, this was a very nice hotel and we would definitely stay here again. The location was outstanding - very near to everything, but away from traffic. The rooms were large, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfast was good and the staff, in general, was very good. The only minor complaints I had were that the room air conditioner was noisy and rattly, there was no room safe to store valuables, and one day they did not have housekeeping because of short staffing. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was spacious for a family of 4. The floor in our room was dirty. There was crumbs on the floor.

Good location within walking distance of most things that you may want including food and entertainment. Very safe and clean area. Good place for kids and no worries about indigents. Nothing

The housekeeping let it down. We were expecting daily housekeeping, unfortunately this was not the case. Beds never made, trash not always taken away, bathroom never cleaned. Breakfast room could get busy and loud at times.
