TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge

Customer friendly and I was able to do early check in since we reached the pigeon forge before planned time. Clean and nice kitchen setup availability. Modernized rooms.

The best part was the staff. They never seemed annoyed and were always very responsive and friendly which truly makes a world of a difference. Very happy! Had a wonderful stay and the rooms are spacious! Would highly recommend.

Had a corner room on the 2nd floor and stayed 2 nights. Room was huge with small kitchen and large bathroom. Room was very clean and well decorated! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast downstairs was perfect to start my day. I also loved the lounge seating area next to the lobby. This was a nice touch.

The stay was great. It seemed like a new built place so there were some bugs still being worked out but nothing crazy or major. We loved the pool for our boys and the size of the room was incredible. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

There was a weird light in the closet that kept coming on randomly in the middle of the night. It shone through the gap in the closed doors, would stay on for about 15-20 seconds and go out. This was an overnight stop during a move from one state to another, we were exhausted and just trying to sleep. I took photos, but in our haste to get on the road again in the morning forgot to ask at the front desk, no explanation for what it was.

This was a great hotel in a great location!! The store is steps away from the hotel. The breakfast is also the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!! I would definitely stay again.

The pool is nice and the BBQ grill area is perfect for feeding a group. The best part was the fishing pond next door and the river that ran behind the hotel - our kids got cheap poles and inner tubes and enjoyed those two "amenities" more than anything else in Pigeon Forge. There is also an excellent walking path that takes you to other activities in town. The Island entertainment district was only about 10 minutes away. Conveniently, a full grocery store is right next door. Overall hotel was fine but if I wasn't staying with a team for a tournament I wouldn't choose this location. I'm including a photo of fireworks over freedom park from our 5th floor balcony room. You can see the pool, walking path, and river access below.

Very nice hotel overall. Great spot for walking the trail to the Island and to the Old Mill. Would recommend if you’re looking for a non strip hotel in pigeon forge, but with the convenience of the being walkable to the strip.

Overall just a wonderful visit and stay :)
