Poor lighting in shower, Toilet handle broken, have to pay for ice you use. Customer service is horrible .

Clean rooms and plenty of towels. The staff were super helpful and nice. We had a problem with the air conditioner around the middle of the night during our stay, but they were quick to move us to another room! Pool was nice and clean as well for a small outdoor pool.

The location The room was hot took forever for it to cool off. The refrigerator in my first room was disgusting it had dead gnats and live maggots in the bottom of it!! Shower had spots in the ceiling showing water damage and potential rot. Sheets were not clean and had small black hairs on them. 10/10 do not recommend.

Room smelled like mold. By day two I was sneezing constantly and my eyes hurt. Also, pieces of the floor were coming up in multiple places.

I loved it all the ac started out poorly but over night it was perfect temperature bed was super comfy shower was nice and hot overall everything was great.

The property is a little dated. The price was Awesome 😎💯. Everything met and exceeded what we needed. Absolutely will stay there again.

The office staff were VERY rude! They stole my $100 deposit for throwing a cigarette in the trash can. We did NOT smoke in the room nor did it even smell of smoke. He insisted that throwing the cigarette in the trash was the same as smoking in the room. Besides the theft of my money, the property was disgusting! The floor of the room had not been mopped and left our bath towels black. I would not return or recommend anyone to stay here. Go to the Americana Inn down the road. The staff there are wonderful and very helpful.

Location Very dated. Room had stale musty odor. Purchase Febreeze myself and remedied the smell.

It had a musty smell in the room the toilet was loose from the floor and the door had a little Crack in it when it was closed and the bed felt like you was laying on rocks.

T I didn't like that one of the two rooms that I reserved was to have two queen beds I was given two rooms with king beds. Only one was to have a King bed.

checkin was simple, checkout the office was closed until 9. when we hoped to leave earlier. booked a room with a jacuzzi tub, the water pressure was almost non existent & not hot, so the tub couldn’t be used. the entire room smelled & my daughter had to wash her feet multiple times from being barefoot/her feet were black. we checked in very late (just a pit stop from a longer drive home from nashville) so switching rooms wasn’t really an option. but, i will not be back or recommend this place to anyone.
