It was in a good location and it was clean for the most part The pictures on this website were not what it looked like, there was what looked like mildew on the ceiling where it looked like it had leaked, around the bathtub. It looked like a newer hotel in the pictures but it was not at all. Water pressure was not good for taking a shower

Nothing really to complain about. Front door needs weather stripping as you can see outside. Bed was comfortable, clean shower, awesome shower head. Would recommend it.

Smelled terrible. Very dirty bed and bathroom. We had to leave and find someplace else to stay. Had to walk up and down a sketchy ramp to get upstairs.

I stayed at your motel in Pigeon Forge {Apple Valley Inn} on September 5th 2026 and the receptionist said she only had one room left for 150.00 so I took it.I filled out the paperwork and gave her my drivers license and paid with my card she printed my receipt and was making my card and told me it was on the bottom floor I think she said room 124 and then a customer came in and said he had a reservation but he forgot to ask for a bottom floor as his wife was handicapped . she told him to wait a minute and she handed me the room card and said your on the second floor I said did you give my room to him? my wife is handicapped also and I already paid you and she said dont worry I have another one on the bottom floor and she put us in room 116 in which is only a half room and you can check it absolutely stunk and had mold on the bottom of the bathtub we took pictures we had to leave the door open for a couple of hours to let it air out and for that much money we should have been treated better that that
