Surestay Plus By Best Western Pigeon Forge

We stayed two nights for our Dollywood trip. Super close and near lots of other fun stuff. The rooms were quiet. The AC ran incredibly well on such a hot summer day. Staff were friendly and helped us check in a little late. I didn’t see the parking pass they gave me until we were leaving, so I didn’t use it in my car but would recommend you do!

The room was absolutely filthy. The front desk staff were rude.

It was absolutely disgusting! Did not stay! Left and went somewhere else! Very filthy!!

The room was dirty. There were crumbs on the counter and dried food around the stove. As I walked through the room my shoes were sticking to the floor

Everything was great except for the room. The air was not the best. It was so hot in there trying to rest at night.

Drawers broken in room, conduction stove top kept given error, used comb left in room, floor wasn’t vacuumed, half eaten food left in freezer, doors didn’t shut all the way between rooms could hear everything from room next door, trash overflowing in common areas, bugs in bathroom

Overall very good hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Only real area for improvement is better cleanliness of the floor in the room. The floor wasn’t terrible but needs some improvement

Not very clean. Bathroom had mold in the shower and the floors were filthy.

The lady at the front desk was so nice. I have an autistic child and requested rooms on the first floor and the accommodated us. Rooms were clean and spacious. We didn’t feel rushed to check out. It was a nice quiet stay even with multiple pets around us.

Is an older hotel.. and I can handle that. BUT, our room had a smoke/urine smell that we couldn’t get rid of. There were ants in the bathroom and kitchenette area. Thankfully, we weren’t at the room much at all.. really, to just sleep.. but we won’t be back. 😩

The room was clean and spacious. The room lacked good seating for relaxing. The continental breakfast was very basic. The bathroom was somewhat small which could be improved with wasted space next to the bathroom. The mattresses seemed to be queen on a king frame which made it somewhat uncomfortable. I will say though that the price was good so I could overlook some of the shortcomings.

The area is quiet and centrally located. I know it is a pet-friendly hotel, but the floors and walls need better cleaning; when large dogs stay there, they dirty the glass, doors, etc., and those areas require attention.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Waffles were good as well aa the coffee, but scrambled eggs & sausage not so good.

Nice comfortable bed with nice shower and great water pressure. When we checked in the A/C was running and already cold. I have never had a hotel or motel do that before( I’ve been to a a lot) it was such a nice gesture! The food was warm and delicious, definitely beats spending more money on breakfast somewhere.
