Surestay Plus By Best Western Pigeon Forge

I initially had doubts how good Surestay at Pigeon Forge would be (based on the price I paid), but I was nicely surprised how superb it was once I stayed there. The property looks just average from the outside, especially at the location, but let the looks not fool you. The room we stayed (with the kitchenette) was excellent, it was very spacious, the walk in shower was good, the stove top worked as expected, toiletries were nice. The staff at the front desk (I think her name was Melinda) was very friendly and gave us the induction pans for cooking. The location was good too (though a bit far from Smoky Mountains). The breakfast was excellent with all expected food items. Overall it was great value for the money.

Stayed here for a little getaway. Older motel but was remodeled. Very clean and spacious room. The free breakfast was great. Close to all attractions. Would definitely stay again.

For a little getaway to do a weekend trip not needing anything from a hotel other then sleeping this was perfect. We come to Dollywood once a month so we just need a hotel to sleep and this was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was so spacious it was perfect

Our room was large with a kitchenette including a good size fridge with freezer large enough for our ice blocks. The A/C was quiet and VERY effective. The property looks a little run down from the entrance on the backside, but it is off the main street, and inside it is very nicely remodeled. Beds were comfortable, lighting was bright, hot breakfast was good everyday. We were looking for a good value and did not care about a pool. This property fit our needs and well exceeded our expectations! Compared with staying across the street where our daughter's family stayed, we saved $700 over 4 nights - a GREAT value and recommended.

Excellent hotel for the price! The room was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was good and offered a nice variety each morning. The location is perfect—close to many popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping, making it easy to get around. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was ok, buy could have been cleaned better. The rotten food someone left in the refrigerator was really pungent, and the floor needed a good mopping.

This hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was amazing. They have a wide variety of options like eggs waffles and meats.

Excellent place if you are not looking for a lot of frills! There is no swimming pool! I think this is an excellent place if your looking for easy in and easy out. Great for deniors!

Friendly staff and great location

Do not stay here! Pictures are highly misleading. Rooms are filthy and there are roaches. Staff brushes it off cleans the room for the next person and does nothing about it other than saying “sorry”

Selection was good but the eggs were NOT to my liking. Better Scrambled Eggs. Add Bacon to the menu. The sausage was good, however.

When I first walked in the room, I was impressed by how clean it was, it even smelled clean. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. The housekeeping staff was especially helpful, making sure I had clean towels, coffee, etc. The parking was easily accessible and available, close to the rooms.

The management/owners tended to be a bit rude. Like they didn’t want to have much to do with you. So we just went to the employees when we had a problem which was very seldom. We made sure to tip the employees according to how we felt that they had taken care of our needs, which were outstanding.

The staff were helpful but uncertain if the tv's allowed for a traveler to login to their personal Netflix account. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had good pressure. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion was a small amount. I would appreciate paper towels for the kitchenette. There were no cooking equipment such as pots, pans, or eating needs such as plates, or silverware. We found the room to be hot and had trouble getting the room cool enough to sleep on the first night. The refrigerator was large for the room. There was plenty of floor space. Overall, everything was clean. There was a hair in the shower near the top of the wall that I think the cleaning staff overlooked. Also, there was a st8cker stuck on the bathroom floor. I pulled it up with ease. Other than those two things, everything else was clean.

Parking was ample. Within walking distance to many food and entertainment options. Front desk was so helpful. They offered a breakfast but I did not check it out. Was fine for the price.
