Nice Hotel! We stayed in the jacuzzi suite, Amazing!! Walking distance to lots of attractions. Indoor & Out door pool was nice. They also had 2 hot tubs. A full breakfast was served each morning in its own little cafe. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

Loved it! Very clean, comfortable bed & pillows, great location, and easy quick check in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but a bit dated. It was comfortable and in a good location. There breakfast was good.
-
great location, easy to find, and plenty of parking. staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the only downer was the hot tub doesn't open until 9 Am, I have a bad back that I Treat myself to every morning, to ease the pain.

I haven't met a more friendlier staff. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Kids loved the slide! Breakfast was very good and lots of choices, they even stayed open past the time when they saw people eating.
-
Amazing stay here! It was our first time in Pigeon Forge and during Labord Day weekend. Room was spotless, all extras (fridge, tv, lights) worked and the pool was a major hit in the evening! We will be planning to stay again in December :)

Absolutely LOVED here, definitely recommend, the staff were amazing, the property was well kept and super clean, the breakfast was great!!! We will be returning soon!! Everything was beyond or expectations, not a single thing wrong! I don't think we would've fell in love with the town as much as we did if it was for this lodge!

Good price. Clean and updated room. The pools and splash pad are nice. Great location The splash pad and slide were are favorite. The beds and pillows are amazing
-
The staff when checking in was nice, We did not see them otherwise. The bed was horrible, The room was outdated and more on the dirty side. The towels smelled stale like they had been sitting in water, the AC would keep shutting off so the room stayed warm.
-
Very nice. Great parking. The air conditioner did not work very well. Every thing felt damn sometimes.
-
