The room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, shower had good pressure. The breakfast was, as always delicious and feeling to help start your day. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. When we bring our grandkids, they absolutely love the pool, especially the outdoor one. This hotel has been are go to place to stay when we come to pigeon forge for many years now and most likely will continue to be for many years to come.

From the start it was a great stay. The front desk ladies were very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was nice and clean. We normally travel to Pigeon Forge 4 to 5 times a year this was the first time we have stayed at this hotel. This will going forward be our new place to stay when we travel to that area.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We loved the breakfast each morning, and the pool area was amazing. The water slide and hot tub were our favorite parts of the stay. The location was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The only thing we didn’t care for was the shower head, as it felt more like a mist than a regular shower. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This place is spectacular! The location is easy to access, plenty of space. My niece and nephew loved the pools and the water slides. The staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator was a tad slow, but that was about it.

The slide at the outdoor pool is the coolest I’ve ever tried! Fast! And good for littles too. The kiddie pool is great and so is the hot tub. Loved the property, location and staff were great. Pancake maker is fun to watch too!

Pool and Hot Tub was clean and love the paintings…The whole place is beautiful and clean. This was our first time staying here. This will be our place we will be staying at from now on…

Clean .good parking The ice maker not working on second floor. I told front desk . My 3 rd day I was going to ice machine on ground floor to get ice and the maintence man said that there was ice machine on my floor I told him it didn't work.he said no one ever told him . Not a big issue to me he started to work on it right then really nice guy . Took pride in his work. Guess this issue fell thru the cracks

It’s a very clean facility inside and out. The location is very central to the pigeon Forge strip. Great pools! Those were our favorite part. We will definitely stay here again. The room could’ve been a little fresher when walking in. It was very stuffy and you can tell the place is a little dated but other than that it was a wonderful stay.
