Beautiful hotel. They take alot of pride in their grounds and you can tell that. The staff are all extremely helpful in every way. At one point one of the employees came to the outdoor pool and started handing out pool toys & goggles. The pools were both extremely well kept and fun. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but the accommodations really made up for it! Wonderful stay and cannot say enough good things. This will be our go to anytime we are in Pigeon Forge from now on, which is often.

Amazing outdoor/indoor pool for kids and hot tubs for the adults right next to the pools. They offer free breakfast with decent options for whatever you have a taste for in the morning. Hotel is located in the middle of everything and close drives too the main attractions.

The breakfast was delicious. They serve sausage gravy and biscuits, eggs, sausage patties, bacon, toast/bagels, juices, coffee and tea. My kids LOVED the swimming pool. We were there til it closed. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Check in was super easy. It isn’t until 4 but our room was ready. Kids loved to pools. Room was clean and spacious. We will definitely be back.

I did not get a chance to use the hot tub or try the breakfast on this day but the room was immaculate the staff was absolutely great will definitely be staying there again on my next stsy

Rooms were clean, staff was excellent, breakfast was great. And the grandkids loved the pool, slide, and splash pad. Definitely will be staying again.
