Amazing staff and our room was very clean and had a nice balcony over looking the parkway. We will definitely be staying again.

Stay was ok. Nice enough place. Barely any hot water or water pressure even though. Also the TV system was very old as well. Probably wouldn't stay again.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful! So convenient to all the attractions! We also loved that you can get an adult libation in their bar after the day out. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone! We certainly will be back to Pigeon Forge!

The room was nice and bed was very comfortable. The room had a musky smell when we entered. Breakfast was not included and the fee of $15 per person could be matched or lower at other restaurants near by.

Everyone was kind and helpful and seemed to like their jobs. The hotel could use some work and updating though.

The stay was good, I would book it again. The only thing is I thought breakfast was included and at check in I was not told anything about breakfast, so I embarrassed myself when I barged into the breakfast hall making food without a food ticket.

Easy access to the pool amd fitness center, breakfast was good, rooms are clean and there is a cute little walkway that takes u over the creek and is a short walk to the island. Way easier then parking and fun and good for the kids.

The entire staff was very courteous, and helpful.

The windows seal in my suite was leaking rain water yesterday evening. Management was notified. She said a maintenance person was coming to check the issue. No one came to fix the issue. I asked about another room and a partial refund, neither was given.

Not a bad hotel for the price. The room kinda smelled musty, and maybe some air freshener was in the air conditioner to cover the smell. Overall okay.
