The thermostat on the wall was broken unreliable cooling from the ac unit. Also the bath tub did not drain. Could see parking being an issue with limited spaces. Paper thin walls.

We just stayed here and out of all the hotels we could choose from we always chose Garner because we feel most comfortable there the staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious as well the only thing is we didn’t get the room we always get but that’s on us but we absolutely loved our stay and that we will be back

The most important thing for us it’s a clean room and no carpet, this hotel did exactly that no carpet and clean room, it was well maintained and the breakfast was super delicious would definitely stay again here
