Garner Hotel Pigeon Forge Downtown by IHG

We had a great stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We’d had a terrible nights stay at another establishment (not IHG) when we last minute checked in The Garner. This stay was everything we needed and then some. Breakfast was fresh every single day. Free cookies and a different infused water in the lobby every single day. And staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable after our initial bad stay at another hotel (not an IHG hotel). Thank you all for a comfortable and safe stay.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel.

The staff was rough and not helpful at all and our phone in the room to call the front desk was broken. There was no parking at all for guests and their only other option was an overflow parking lot that had no lighting or a safe walking path back to the hotel for little kids. And if you plan on eating the breakfast, just do yourself a favor and don't

And the second thing is room floor was very dirty and dusty and near the was basin too,, and spider web in the corner to corner under the lamps, and the main thing is hand soap and body soap was finish in 1 day bottle is very big but inside nothing empty ,,,,, so first time it’s very horrible

All the staff was great! Especially the lady who checked us in, she answered several questions I asked about food and Pigeon Forge. So very helpful.! It was within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and attractions. The breakfast was always great! Very good parking.

The room was quiet, didn't hear noise from the hallway or next door neighbors. Air conditioning worked well. Parking was ample with covered spaces which was great as we arrived in a downpour and didn't have to go into the rain to get in the hotel.

Can't think of anything that I would change.

The rooms were well taken care of. Breakfast could be better but all in all a good place and quiet.

The staff was very welcoming, attentive and eager to please! The room was spacious, yet a little damp. We had a wonderful time. Breakfast was always ready when we went down. Such a variety! I would recommend The Garner for your stay in Pigeon Forge.

Lack of cleanings. Otherwise everything is good. Breakfast is awesome.

The faculty was very clean. Very nice hotel. The light on the wifi router in the room was pretty bright at night. Bright blue even with all the lights out . Not a deal breaker, just kind of annoying

We started off with reservations at another hotel which turned out to be in a somewhat sketchy area we were not familiar with. We decided to get a room at the Garner even though the other was paid for. The staff was terrific! Very clean common areas. The room was spacious and clean.Beds were clean and comfortable. Linens were in great condition. We checked out early the next morning to continue our trip. The staff was friendly. Coffee was great. Well lit parking area. Would stay here again!

Location, breakfast, and staff were amazing. Rooms were a little small but updated.
