Drury Plaza Hotel Pigeon Forge

We loved our stay there. The breakfast and the kickbacks in the evening were absolutely great. Take all that into consideration and the price is very fair.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive to any needs. Location is excellent also, walking distance to a grocery store. The beds slept great! Our grand children loved the pool and splash pad area. My only complaint is in our room I found a beer bottle cap in the floor that was overlooked and a childs toy under the edge of the couch. But yes I'd stay there again.

We had a great stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Service of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.

The hotel was excellent, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location for all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Pigeon Forge.

The Drury did not disappoint, as usual. My room and the common areas were very clean, the staff I interacted with were courteous.The only issue I had was that one of their washers didn’t work in the laundry room so I was out the money I paid for it. I informed the front desk staff and was told they would speak with management about the issue.

other than needing more van accessible parking spaces, a very good hotel.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The clean room and breakfast was a plus. Additionally, we enjoyed the kickback dinner from 5-7pm daily with free 3 drinks per adult. We will stay here again in the future. Thank you Drury staff at Pigeon Forge! 👍

Absolutely a wonderful hotel. The staff was great, very helpful and always willing to help in any way. Very clean hotel and we'll maintained. Kitchen/bar/breakfast was wonderful. A+. We definitely will return

There were a lot of people there it seems but the breakfast that I had was good and everything was very clean and maintained.

Family very much enjoyed the pool area and plethora of food and drink options.

Large clean rooms, excellent staff and amenities. Loved the variety of foods and fresh fruit at breakfast. Kickback in the afternoon was great. Loved the 3 adult beverages. Great if you have kids, too.

This hotel was great! They have a happy hour with a small buffet that also includes three free cocktails per guest. This was an unexpected perk. The staff was incredibly friendly. It's in a great location with easy parking. If we go back to Pigeon Forge, we'll definitely stay here again.

We always have a good stay at the Drury. Excellent hotel, clean, helpful staff, and great food. This stay, I would like to say, Marcy at the front desk, was incredibly helpful, she was very appreciative.

Great location, breakfast was great and so was dinner. Pool and splash pad were fantastic. There were some cookies behind our bed in the floor next to the night stand. They were there when we arrived and when we left three days later.
