The people and the room by the river

Relatively clean. Around 9:30 on the day I was supposed to check out - someone opened my door, scanned their card, and announced themselves as "housekeeping". As I was loading my vehicle to leave, around 10:30, I was asked if I was checking out. I don't like that, especially since a "do not disturb" sign wasn't in the room or provided at check in.

The room was nice and clean, the pool was decent too the bathroom shower was nice looked like all new shower tiles and faucets, just looked as if they finished in a hurry bc the shower head was not all the way in the wall, nevertheless it was a nice stay.

Room was very clean. Air Conditioning worked very well. We would stay here again if ever in Pigeon forge.

Easy access to lots of shops within walking and driving distance. Right next to the water which was fun to walk along and explore. Water pressure could have definitely been better

The pictures were a little misleading, our room looked a lot better/upgraded in the photos. We booked a queen bed and only got a full bed which was very uncomfortable and the pillows were too. The AC unit smelt like body odor. You get what you pay for but I’ve stayed in better for that price.

The location was good and convenient to everything. The beds were so hard, the pillows were so nasty and hard. The sheets wasn’t very clean looking. The elevator didn’t work so have to climb 3 flights of stairs. They allowed other guest to hang out and party all night in front of their rooms and they didn’t control that so it was not a comfortable stay.

We stayed.3 nights a good value for the mo ey clean rooms just low water pressure for showering.. very nice and pleasant staff. Close to everything
