I come to Pigeon Forge several times a year and Guest Inn is the only place I will stay. They have the most amazing staff and they make you feel like you are family.

The rooms are clean but the staff is disrespectful and they also don’t take pets. The beds are very comfortable

Room was sorta small but definitely served the purpose. Great location close to restaurants and attractions. Front desk attendant was helpful and nice. Hall carpet could use cleaning. Pool was small but nice.

Great stay even for one night! Pool was clean and nice to take our kids in. Property looks very well maintained. Will definitely consider staying here for a longer stay our next trip down this way! Rooms were spacious with every amenity we needed. Thank you Guest Inn!

Returning on Monday, room was serviced. Returning on Tuesday, towels in bathroom were replaced, bed was not made Returning on Wednesday, room was not serviced. Walking barefoot in room, carpet was dirty

Room looked nothing like the pictures. Hallway smelled from garbage. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The pillows were so thin and flat. Bathroom needed an paint job. Refrigerator in the room was rusty, and kept making a clicking noise. Would not recommend.

We had a golf cart on a trailer with us and they let us park the trailer with the golf cart in their lot during our stay. It was very helpful because we could not pull it through the mountains. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

The room was old & dated,dark & felt a little creepy. The air conditioner was really loud but did work. Could hear noises in the room from unknown places,walls were thin, kept hearing everyone in from the hallway. The bathroom was well lit, the staff was friendly. Didn't get much sleep

I have stayed here a number of times. It's convenient to everything and well kept. I learned this time not to get a King room . The room was tiny . Not even room for a chair. To refresh my memory the very nice lady at the counter showed me a Queen room. I would suggest a Queen room next time.
