Best Western Presidential Hotel & Suites

Be aware, the room we reserved had cockroaches. Fortunately the front staff was able to switch our rooms. If we hadn’t arrived around midnight and just wanted some sleep, I would have found another place to stay. The staff was super apologetic but it’s just disappointing. The other reviews came so highly recommended, so unfortunately I would not suggest this place. You can tell the place needs some good renovations and an extreme deep clean. There were hairs from other people all over the shower walls, bedding, everywhere. It’s cheap but just be aware of the issues.

The room was good. Beds were fine. No Kleenex. Box was there but empty. Tub was too slick for us oldies to use. Toilet sucked. Wouldn’t flush properly. Breakfast was good.

The location It was run down -the air quality was poor with a musty smell-given my check out confirmation paid in full and then it was ran thru credit card showing more charged than the paid in full statement

The rooms were very poor condition…..the first room the paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling badly and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The second room smelled of mildew…. Just a property that has not been kept up. I would not stay there again..

the T V did not work it kept telling us that the network was not working And that was one of the main things I always liked to have is a workin T V When I go to a hotel room other than that, everything else was okay.I think they need to do some upgrades.Maybe get rid of the carpet, the carpet is pretty old

I didn't like the white-ish/gray stuff that was on the sink faucet and the mini fridge. Didn't know if it was mold or what.

Only charge 10.00 for incidential. If you bringing pets a deposit will be required. Parking was onsite no extra charge. Breakfast was great. The Casino is across. There was construction near by.

Toilet paper holder falling off. Door wasn’t easy to open or close. Left over soap bar in the shower.

Well maintained and comfortable rooms.

Bigger pillows and more of them Ice makers were out of order. Bathroom door wouldn't close, didn't align. Chunks fell off around base board. And thermostat didn't work.

Our toilet stopped up.

I like the location and the soft bed Better bed pillows, earlier check in time, swimming pool ready, bathroom grab bars not rusty, better paint job in bathroom.

The hotel was good. They have a hot breakfast that includes waffles, sausage, eggs, and potatoes etc.. The staff is friendly and attentive to the guest needs.

It's always nice and quiet here. We really enjoy staying here. Close to the casino. Easy access. The staff are always helpful, it's clean, and breakfast is hot and ready.

Convenient location. Reasonably priced.
