The staff was very kind and helpful The cleaning not good enough specially the beds , we find bug beds and they bites my daughter . The humidity in the room so strong . Breakfast not really a breakfast .

Carpet was nasty and smelly, walls and doors had unprofessional patchwork that showed where holes were at. Price was outrageous for the QUALITY a person would expect. So many other issues as well.

I was on the 2nd floor and the ice machine did not work the entire weekend. I had hurt my knee the night before check-in & there was no elevator & because the room was non-refundable, I was stuck. The beds were painfully hard along with 2 of the pillows on the bed. I had called the hotel directly to inquire about pet fees & was told the fee was included in the price only to be told upon check-out that was not the case if you decided to register online.

Dated facility, The hotel smells like weed. Dirty carpet in hallways. Limited breakfast choices. No pork free options. The bathroom was beat up.

Handicap room on 2cd floor, no elevator. Room had not been cleaned. Had to go back down to desk to get new room all stairs no elevator!!! Room is clean but old and everything had cigarette burns. No battery in smoke detector, no food at breakfast at 8 am with another hour to go. ..

The staff was nice Room wasn’t ready. Light and A/C needed to be fixed while during the stay in another room. Door fell off hinges upon opening. Hallway smelt really bad. Breakfast was not fully cooked

What is it maintain very well no tissue in the room no toilet paper in the room and pet friendly environment cost you $20 per night per pet Comforter stained with holes in the bathtub of cigarette burn marks all the way around it sink has a crack in it with tape, keeping it from leaking

Good location Very noisy, loud staff even at 1:00 AM, paper thin walls didn’t block ANY noise in next room, didn’t get much sleep. Lots of litter around grounds. Sad breakfast…

The room was great and the staff making breakfast was awesome. However, the check in clerk made it a hard time when trying to check in with a service animal. Someone (staff) walked in the room with no notice. I was on the toilet and my husband was dressing. It was only 10am.
