Night attendant was super nice The good energy

The breakfast was horrible which was cold the bread was molded and no kind of meats, the rooms had a bad smell and found a roach in my microwave and the fridge freeze everything that you put in it, toilet bowel had a brown stain ring around it from discolorations, the parking lot need more lighten due to homeless people looking in people cars, and housekeeper walking in your room in the morning while you are still in bed sleeping trying to clean up and can't understand what you are saying cause she doesn't understand english.

Miss Teresa was amazing and she helped me a whole lot during my stay. My complete bed linens for change the room was wiped down and clean from top to bottom after I talked to the lady at the front desk they got right on it That my non-smoking room was on the same floor as the smoking rooms that I found ashes the first night in my room and my cover smells like ashes which made me sick so I did not enjoy my first night nor my birthday because I was sick from the smell.

No elevator at location had to carry bags to second floor. Had a senior citizen with me that fell in stair well trying to get bags to second level. Air conditioner had floor sopping wet, front desk clerk was rude. Booking offered late check out but they did not honor it.

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful about recommending places to eat and easy to work with. The room was clean and the AC was in excellent condition. The hotel itself is slightly outdated but nothing that would interfere are calls concerned with a good night's sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will certainly keep it under consideration for future travels

The staff was nice. But the AC wasn’t on when we got into the room so it took two hours to cool it off. And then it really didn’t get that cool. After being outside in the 90 to 100° heat, it did not feel good. Also the TV kept freezing so we just turned it off and watched using the Wi-Fi on our laptop. Bath towels were thin and small. Luckily I didn’t pay that much so I guess I got what I paid for.

Enjoyed my stay. Some of the customers were rowdy but the staff politely took care of the situation. The breakfast sufficed! Biscuits with white gravy, two selections of cereal, bread to toast, bagels with cream cheese, and coffee.

Not much it was outdated and felt dirty it also had a strange smell. The pool was super unpleasant area the ac didn’t work and the rooms were so hot during the day their so called free breakfast was a joke their toaster didn’t work no hot food available and what the did offer was old and stale.
