Clean rooms great breakfast

Wonderful place

All was good, clean room, nice staff, breakfast had an excellent variety.

We were supposed to have two beds and ended up with one

Staff did their best considering how poorly Holiday Inn has maintained the property

Clean room, very comfortable bed with quiet air conditioning. Staff were super helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. It’s too bad the location of this nice Hotel is next to a scary abandoned shopping mall. Parking was good but felt unsafe due to location of Hotel.

Room ac did not cool so it was very hot to me bed was very hard and the area around hotel is kinda creepy especially at night cause the parking lot lights are only on in the hotel area

If I could give 0 stars I would I felt disgusting the entire stay. The rooms or building looks nothing like the pictures. It is located directly behind the abandoned mall and cinema that makes the property look deserted due to all of the grass and trees and bushes growing up and around it. It felt like there was a lot of moisture in the air throughout the entire building and smelled horrible. My kids were unable to get in the pool I was told it was closed but the water was clean and looked like it was ready to go such a big disappointment for the kiddos I’m forced to pay for amenities that I can’t even use I even tried to looking for a nearby room but they were all booked I didn’t want to stay the night after such a big inconvenience and uncleanliness I feel like I should get a full refund they even had roaches in the rooms. We were unable to sign into the WiFi it kept saying saying company didn’t allow and when asked about it I was told they had just switched companies and didn’t have the password to give guest yet everything is a lie here I wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person even they deserve better than that. I will never stay at another holiday inn this experience was by far the worst not to mention how the tv was leaning down as if it would fall at any given moment

GPS showed us arrived as we pulled into an abandoned mall parking lot. Not the best curb appeal.

Good hotel, but nothing near, had to travel 30 mins away for shops or restaurants. In an old mall area but everything is no longer opened. However, it was right across from casino.

Weird location, room was clammy, door was difficult to shut and lock, breakfast wassubstandard

This was a bit weird. I have had really great experiences with IHG in the past. This property was located next to an abandoned mall and was definitely an older hotel. It was not dirty, but the floor was a bit sticky like it was cleaned with product but the product was not rinsed. The hallways did not feel air conditioned and made for a stuffy and humid environment. The staff was nice but was slow to be attentive. They were all doing their work, but it felt like their specific job was the priority not customer service.

Very good

No hot water for shower. Sink was fine. Couldn't take a shower. Was on 2nd floor someone above had kids and all they did was run around half the night. Hotel location next to closed mall felt very unsafe will not ever stay at this place again.

We didn’t eat breakfast, but why isn’t the drive going there around the abandoned mall kept trimmed & trash picked up?

Yes breakfast was great and parking was safe
