Motel 6 Pinole, CA

Centrally located I arrived and no staff intially on site. When I arrived to the room and went to take a shower I noticed that there was only one towel and one wash cloth.

Wasn’t that safe it was good because it is beside of steak house I booked for a nice room but what the receptionist in charged gave me a room without fridge,television and the toilet flush wasn’t working. I requested to another room and the receptionist refused. This wasn’t my first time checking in here but I think never again.

i got a room for 2 person, there was only one set of towels in the room. I had to go to the front office and ask for another set for the room. her respond she didn't have any. I had to come back at 10 pm to get a set of towels. the floor was dirty because when i took my shoes off i felt the dirt on my feet.

Online booking. The idea of a conforrabke suite 2 rooms in the suite No television in either bedroom... but the remote was . The main bedroom... the toilet had no toilet seat. Turn on the water to fill up the tub to bathe... but the shower also cones on.. every 30 minutes all night..3 to 5 men gathered right outside my door... talking , yelling, singing with their barking dog.

Nothing Dirty! Spots on the wall ! Looked like it wasn’t cleaned in days! Dogs barking all night . Not a safe spot if you want to bring family or even at all!

Great value for location. Helpful staff room a few stains on wall (only complaint) but room clean. Had a good night sleep!

I liked that the A/C cooling and heating worked. The room was clean. 1) Wifi / Internet didn't work one single time during my stay. Given this was a business trip, it was an issue. I tried on various occasions to get it to work and alerted front desk (lucy) when I arrived and nothing happened or changed. Thankfully there was a starbucks nearby so I could do my work - but that cost a lot of money in buying coffee that I didn't need to do. 2) The sheets & duvet I had seemed to be clean but had blood spots all over them. 3) 2 out of the 3 lights in the room didn't work. I did not alert front desk to 2) & 3) because there was no action on 1)

Bed linen was not changed out.

The original room they gave us was very bad. 2nd room better. We would leave and come back and the keys didn’t work. We had to go to the office almost every day to get them re programmed. The woman who checked us in the first day was apologetic and helpful but the other had an attitude. Most of the channels on the tv had “no signal”. Nothing below channel 11 worked so no local news. No wifi. They didn’t mention the wifi. When we selected it under available networks it just spun around and never connected. Only 1 hour before we left did it connect. There was also hair from a previous guest in the tub. The pros: it was near a lot of places to eat.

Staff was very friendly I couldn’t use multiple amenities and I never received a discount I was told I was supposed to receive because of the amenities being out.

Hi, I didn’t expect it to be the way that it was. I paid for upgrade and I rather stayed in a homeless camp. There was a cigarette, but in the bathroom, the rooms were terrible as in paint on the corners of the floor. The drapes were hanging the bed was hard and lumpy. I will never stay there again and I’ve been in a lot of hotels and I’ve bought been in a lot of motel six this has been the worst. I’ve never wrote a bad review before even if I didn’t like it, but this place was ridiculous. Even the lights flickered and something didn’t even work. Sorry for the bad review and plus the grounds looked unkept. But the host hotel staff was nice. At least the person that checked me in.

Dirty

This motel was disgustingly horrible. The initial interaction was the front desk closing 10mins early before the night shift and asking me to wait until the next staff member showed up to work (15mins later) then waiting for that staff mbr to set up and open the register again. We arrived at 950pm, finished checking in and recving key cards a little before 1030pm. He then tells me one of the rooms we were getting, the heater didn't work, that was fine with us until we saw the condition of the heater. It was filled with dust and garbage!! We had 2 rooms; both smelled of mildew, both had broken furniture, both had bathrooms with discolored patch work covering god knows what. Shower pressure weak and tub heads not attached to the wall/loose. Neither rooms had enough towels and when asked the front for more, he stated they didnt have any. I ended up using two hand towels to dry off. The pool was under construction, there was dog crap in the walking path and there were drug users by the closed off pool. The front desk offered another room, but we had no hopes of it being any better. We had 2 nights reserved, but we had to suffer thru the first, however requested a refund for the 2nd. I couldn't believe how trashed that Motel 6 was. For that location in Pinole that was surprising and is unacceptable!!

We rented a room for two nights. We went to check in at 3pm but the line was out the door and was taking a long time to move so we left and returned later that night. When we returned we got a room on the second floor. As we walked into the room it smelled dirty. The sheets over the beds looked either dirty or stained. I lifted the blanket off the bed and there was someone’s hair on that sheet. The shower head was leaking bad. The inside of the tub was dirty. We only got one towel for a family of four. Fortunately I found a room where we normally stay as they had been previously sold out and managed to get out of there quickly. As we were leaving we observed dog poop on the second floor walk way. Disgusting. It’s definitely pet friendly as there were dogs and cats on property and it showed. I’d never stay there again. Waiting on a refund for that second night. Hopefully I get it.
