Wonderful, great service what i would expect from Marriott.

The second night around 1030 pm the fire alarm went off like 3 times and when I was able to get front desk on the line, they explained it was a child that pulled it. Then we had loud neighbors near our room visiting after midnight, I had to put a stop to that. While these things weren't the fault of the facility, it didn't leave a good taste, sorry to say. It's in a convenient location for us and our experience with Marriott has been good in the past. Parking is free also.

We had to ask whether a parking slip was needed, and the only response we received was, “No.” We were never told our room number, where the elevator was located, or given any information about the hotel itself. A friendly greeting and a few basic instructions go a long way in making guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the experience we had. I hope management addresses these issues and places more emphasis on customer service. The stay overall aside from the customer service was good.

Nice and clean place

The hotel was a nice place to stay for the weekend when we moved our son into the Maritime Academy in Vallejo. We used the Jacuzzi and had a nice simple breakfast at the hotel. The staff was great. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores, not too far of a drive from the hotel.

However, the staff,Josh need more training on customer service. We had an organization who booked a lot of rooms for a function. Since I was already at the hotel, I preferred a room for myself. I approached the front desk,Josh at 1 pm and asked if I could check in.He said after 2 pm. I came at 2 pm and then he said 2.30 pm.I came back at 2.35 pm,he was writing a letter, He completely ignored me till he finished the letter. No greetings, no smiles nothing. Took my credit card and driver's license and checked me in. I get better service at Days Inn or Motel 8 at half the rate. Will think twice before booking Marriott again. Probably, courtesy and good service is only for certain categories of people in these hotel groups.

maintained and very clean. There is parking throughout the grounds that are easily accessible from the rooms and pool.

Clean Nothing
-
The pool and outside spa were clean and very enjoyable. The room, staff and the lounge were all outstanding. No complaints.
-
It was very nice and clean. It was also very close to the venue we were attending that weekend.
-
Very clean Expensive as the rooms are no goof discount on food it was very expensive. I spent $40 on a very small breakfast. I think they should cut the prices in half are just to complementary breakfast. Then keeping the regular prices for the rest of the day wouldn’t be so bad because I then spent $60 on lunch and again on dinner

Nothing When we walked in bugs was flying in the lobby area and you can't smoke in the rooms but you can't smoke at the pool also because of people with kids they don't watch their children

Exceptional
-
Our vehicle was stolen from the property in the middle of the night, the hotel has no cameras in the parking lot. Be aware before booking your stay here.

Love the hotel , Services & Staff.

This was a good hotel for staying over if you're in the area. Was very clean, room looked new & updated. Plenty of parking & coffee bar was a nice touch. Only draw back was it seemed like the windows were single pain since we could hear the family's at the pool clearly & traffic all night long. Would stay here again if I was in the area though.

Room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best beds I've slept in!
