Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites San Pablo - Richmond Area by IHG

The staff is very friendly and accommodating the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There's nothing there I didn't like

Clean, spacious room with up to date technology. Staff was polite and helpful. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good and lots of space to eat indoors and outdoors. BBQ available if needed and fully stocked kitchen ready for use. Store is local and good places to eat nearby. My family and I will definitely be returning here.

We arrived late in the evening and had little interaction with the staff, breakfast was tasty, room was clean

Very good

We stayed at this hotel for one week. Our stay was, surprisingly, most enjoyable. The beds were excellent and actually as comfortable, if not more comfortable than the ones we had at home. Breakfast was, as expected, basic, but good and fresh daily. The exercise facility was excellent. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Exceptional

Well below expectations. But the staff is kind.

The location to the place I was going Parking lot was a mess. Dirty and not kept up.

Loved it, I stay here every time I visit my dad who’s in San Pablo health It was all great

It was all great

Breakfast was good. Room was a good size. I couldn’t sleep the first night because we were on the second floor and could hear every footstep and movement from the room above us all night. I let the staff know and they moved us to the third floor the second night.

I had an amazing time in this hotel. Everything was new and spotless and the location was perfect for me with many restaurants close by. The breakfast was decent and I liked the self-service laundry room. Although I paid in full through booking and said so to the lady at the front desk, I was charged again by the hotel. At first I was very frustrated but eventually the situation was resolved by the manager.

We stayed here because of how close it is to Lytton casino. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was amazing! Not just your ordinary continental breakfast. There was cereal, waffles, eggs (scrambled, omelet and hard boiled), sausage, an oatmeal bar, yogurt, juice, milk, bagels, muffins and so much more! I was very impressed! The location was a little hard to find as it's hidden behind the shopping center, behind Ross.

The fire alarm went off in our room at 5 in the morning and when we opened our door to the hallway to see what was happening, we were met with a marijuana smoke filled hallway!!! It was so thick and pungent!! There needs to be enforcement of the smoke free policies! I want my money back!!! We promptly got ready and left the premises by 6:20!! We will never stay here again!

Exceptional

Great stay, clean, comfortable, exactly what we needed.

It was a very nice place to stay, quiet, clean and staff very helpful and friendly
